Claims (5)
- 선재를 미끄러지지않도록 감은 텐션풀리와, 텐션풀리에 연결된 모터와, 선재를 공급하는 방향을 따른 텐션풀리의 회전방향과는 반대방향으로 소정의 토크를 상기 텐션풀리에 주어서 상기 선재를 그 공급방향과는 반대방향으로 인장하는 것에 의해 상기 선재를 긴장시키도록 모터의 토오크제어를 행하는 토오크제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 텐션장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 토오크제어수단은, 복수의 토오크제어의 설정치를 가지는 동시에 그 설정치를 외부전기신호에 의해서 임의의 타이밍으로 절환하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 텐션장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 토오크제어수단은, 선재공급대상물의 회전각도에 따라서 토오크제어의 설정치를 동기해서 절환하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 텐션장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대상물에 대한 일련의 선재공급동작에 대응해서 토오크제어의 설정치가 설정되어 있는 선재공급데이터를 대상물마다 격납한 데이터격납수단과, 선재공급데이터의 선택수단을 구비하고, 토오크제어수단은 선택된 선재공급데이터에 따라서 토오크제어의 설정치를 절환하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 텐션장치.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항기재의 텐션장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 권선장치.
