Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 비상등 자동 점등장치에 관한 것으로서, 평면상에 안내홈(1a)이 가공되면서 브레이크 페달의 구동에 따라 회전동작하는 회전로드(1)와, 상기 회전로드(1)의 회전동작을 복원시키도록 상기 회전로드(1)의 양측부에 결합된 복원스프링(2)과, 상기 회전로드의 일측면에 일체로 돌출된 제 1 접점부(3)와, 브레이크 페달을 지지하는 브라켓트(4)와, 상기 브라켓트(4)의 일측면에 일체로 돌출되어 차량의 비상등을 자동으로 점등시킬수 있도록 회전동작하는 상기 제 1 접점부(3)와 접점되는 제 2 접점부(5)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

비상등 자동 점등장치
본 발명은 차량의 비상등에 관한 것으로서, 특히 차량의 고속 주행시 급박한 상황에 따라 비상등이 자동으로 점등되도록 하는 비상등 자동 점등장치(Auto lighting device for emergency light)에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량의 비상등은 운전자의 조작에 의해 점등되는 것이다.
그러나, 선행기술에 의한 차량의 비상등 점등장치는 차량이 고속으로 주행시 급박한 상황이 발생함에 따라 운전자가 당황을 하게 되고, 이에따라 운전자는 차량을 급제동시키지만 비상등의 점등을 잃어버리는 경우가 발생하므로서, 후방 차량의 운전자에게 경고를 주지 못해 제 2, 제 3 의 사고유발이 생겨 주행시의 안정성이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 발명은 이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 차량의 고속 주행시 급박한 상황에 따라 비상등이 자동으로 점등되는 시스템을 구성시키므로서, 후방 차량의 운전자에게 경고상태를 확실하게 인식시켜 제 2, 제 3 의 사고유발을 방지하면서 주행시의 안정성을 향상시키고자 하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
도 1 은 본 발명 비상등 자동 점등장치의 구조를 보인 단면도.
도 2 는 본 발명 비상등이 자동으로 점등되기 위한 제 1 및 제 2 접점부의 접점 상태를 보인 회전도.
도 3 은 본 발명 비상등이 점등되진 않기 위한 제 1 및 제 2 접점부의 접점상태를 보인 회전도.
도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명
1: 회전로드, 1a: 안내홈, 2: 복원스프링, 3: 제 1 접점부, 4: 브라켓트, 5: 제 2 접점부
상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명 비상등 자동 점등장치는, 평면상에 안내홈이 가공되면서 브레이크 페달의 구동에 따라 회전동작하는 회전로드와, 상기 회전로드의 회전동작을 복원시키도록 상기 회전로드의 양측부에 결합된 복원스프링과, 상기 회전로드의 일측면에 일체로 돌출된 제 1 접점부와, 브레이크 페달을 지지하는 브라켓트와, 상기 브라켓트의 일측면에 일체로 돌출되어 차량의 비상등을 자동으로 점등시킬수 있도록 회전동작하는 상기 제 1 접점부와 접점되는 제 2 접점부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
상기 구성에 의하여, 차량이 고속으로 주행된 상태에서 급박한 상황에 의해 운전자가 차량을 급제동시키고자 브레이크 페달을 구동시키면, 상기 브레이크 페달의 구동에 따라 평면상에 안내홈이 가공된 회전로드가 회전동작을 하게 된다. 이때, 상기 회전로드의 일측면에 돌출된 제 1 접점부가 브레이크 페달을 지지하는 브라켓트의 일측면에 돌출된 제 2 접점부와 접점되는 동작을 하므로서, 차량의 비상등은 자동으로 점등되어 후방 차량의 운전자에게 경고상태를 인식시키게 되는 것이다.
이하,첨부된 도 1 내지 도 3 을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상술한다.
도 1 내지 도 3 은 본 발명 비상등 자동 점등장치의 일실시예를 도시한 것으로서, 도 1 은 비상등 자동 점등장치의 구조를 보인 단면도이고, 도 2 는 차량의 일반제동시 비상등 자동 점등장치의 동작 상태도이며, 도 3 은 차량의 급제동시 비상등 자동 점등장치의 동작 상태도이다.
도 1 내지 도 3 에 도시된 바와같이, 평면상에 안내홈(1a)이 가공된 회전로드(1)가 브레이크 페달의 구동에 따라 회전동작하고, 상기 회전로드(1)의 회전동작을 복원시키도록 상기 회전로드(1)의 양측부에는 복원스프링(2)이 결합되어 있으며, 상기 회전로드(1)의 일측면에는 접점동작하는 제 1 접점부(3)가 일체화되어 돌출되어 있다. 또한, 차량을 제동시키는 브레이크 페달은 브라켓트(4)에 의해 지지되며, 상기 브라켓트(4)의 일측면에는 차량의 비상등을 자동으로 점등시킬수 있도록 상기 제 1 접점부(3)와 접점되는 제 2 접점부(5)가 일체화되어 돌출되어 있는 구조이다.
상기와 같은 일실시예의 구성에 따라, 차량이 고속으로 주행된 상태에서 급박한 상황에 의해 운전자가 차량을 급제동시키고자 브레이크 페달을 구동시키면, 상기 브레이크 페달의 구동에 따라 평면상에 안내홈(1a)이 가공된 회전로드(1)가 도 1 에 도시된 바와같이, 화살표 방향(P)으로 회전동작을 하게 된다. 이때, 상기 회전로드(1)의 일측면에 일체화되어 돌출된 제 1 접점부(3)가 도 2 에 도시된 바와같이, 브레이크 페달을 지지하는 브라켓트(4)의 일측면에 일체화되어 돌출된 제 2 접점부(5)와 접점되는 동작을 하므로서, 차량의 비상등은 자동으로 점등된다. 즉, 상기 회전로드(1)는 도 2 에 도시된 바와같이, 차량의 급제동시 상기 회전로드(1)의 일측면에 일체화되어 돌출된 제 1 접점부(3)는 상기 회전로드(1)가 브레이크의 급제동에 따라 일정 회전각(θ)으로 회전됨과 동시에 급가속도로 회전(β)하면서 브라켓트(4)의 일측면에 일체화되어 돌출된 제 2 접점부(5)와 접점동작을 하므로서, 차량의 비상등은 급제동력에 따라 자동으로 점등되어 후방의 차량에게 경고상태를 인식시키게 되는 것이다.
한편, 도 3 에 도시된 바와같이, 운전자가 브레이크 페달을 밟아 일반적으로 차량을 제동시키면, 상기 브레이크 페달의 구동에 따라 회전로드(1)는 일정 회전각(θ)으로 회전되지만, 상기 회전로드(1)의 양측부에 결합된 복원스프링(2)의 복원력에 의해 상기 회전로드(1)의 회전각은 작게 된다. 즉, 상기 회전로드(1)의 회전각(θ)은 제 1 및 제 2 접점부(3)(5)가 접점동작을 하기 위해 회전하는 회전각(α=θ+β)보다 작게 되므로서, 차량의 비상등은 점등되지 않는 것이다.
여기서, 상기 θ는 급제동시의 원심력에 의한 회전로드(1)의 초기 회전각이고, β는 브레이크 페달 구동력의 약 2/3 되는 회전각을 나타내는 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와같이 본 발명은 차량의 고속 주행시 급박한 상황에 따라 비상등이 자동으로 점등되는 시스템을 구성시키므로서, 후방 차량의 운전자에게 경고상태를 확실하게 인식시켜 제 2, 제 3 의 사고유발을 방지하면서 주행시의 안정성을 향상시키는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 평면상에 안내홈이 가공되면서 브레이크 페달의 구동에 따라 회전동작하는 회전로드와, 상기 회전로드의 회전동작을 복원시키도록 상기 회전로드의 양측부에 결합된 복원스프링과, 상기 회전로드의 일측면에 일체로 돌출된 제 1 접점부와, 브레이크 페달을 지지하는 브라켓트와, 상기 브라켓트의 일측면에 일체로 돌출되어 차량의 비상등을 자동으로 점등시킬수 있도록 회전동작하는 상기 제 1 접점부와 접점되는 제 2 접점부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비상등 자동 점등장치.
