Claims (15)
- 금속 또는 그 합금의 담금질용 수성 농축 조성물에 있어서, 천연전분, 화학적 변형 처리된 전분, 물리적 변형 처리된 전분 및 그것의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 전분을 포함하고, 상기 전분 화합물의 고체 함량이 1 - 50%이고, 상기 조성물은 시간이 경과해도 안정한 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 농축 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천연전분은 증기상에서 증자되어 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 농축 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천연전분은 천연 전분 풀의 안전성을 좋게 하는 보조제의 존재하에서 증자되어 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 농축 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학적 변형 처리된 전분은 산화, 덱스트린화, 유체화, 에스테르화, 에테르화 또는 교차결합의 반응 또는 실시된 전분인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 농축 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물리적 변형 처리된 전분은 드럼에서의 젤화, 증자 압출, 마이크로 처리 또는 초음파 처리된 전분인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 농축 조성물.
- 제1항, 제4항, 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전분화합물이 양이 온 전분(cationic starch)인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 농축 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 양이온 전분은 감소된 함량의 염소이온을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 농축 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 전분이 찰전분인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 농축 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전분화합물의 함량은 고체 함량으로 2-45%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 농축 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전분 화합물의 함량은 고체함량으로 5-30%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 농축 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 방부제, 보존제 및 소포제로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 부가제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 농축 조성물.
- 제1항의 조성물로부터 얻어지는, 금속 또는 그것의 합금의 담금질 용액(quenching bath).
- 제12항에 있어서, 전분 화합물을 0.1-30% 함유하는 담금질 용액.
- 제13항에 있어서, 전분 화합물을 1-15% 함유하는 담금질 용액.
- 제14항에 있어서, 전분 화합물을 2-10% 함유하는 담금질 용액.
