Claims (3)
- 배터리에 연결되는 입력 단자를 갖고, 시간에 따른 배터리 전압의 변화량을 증폭하는 전압 증폭 수단과; 상기 전압 증폭 수단의 출력 단자에 연결되는 입력 단자와 충전 모드의 변환을 위한 충전 모드 변환 수단에 연결되는 출력 단자를 갖고, 배터리 전압의 피크를 검출하는 피크 검출 수단을 포함하되; 상기 피크 검출 수단은, 상기 전압 증폭 수단의 출력을 미분하는 미분 수단과, 상기 미분 수단의 출력 전압과 소정의 기준 전압을 비교하는 비교 수단을 포함하는 배터리 충전 모드 제어 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배터리에 연결되는 입력 단자를 갖고 배터리 전압의 노이즈를 제거하는 필터 수단과, 상기 필터 수단의 출력 단자와 상기 전압 증폭 수단의 상기 입력 단자 사이에 연결되고 상기 필터 수단에 의한 상기 배터리 전압의 손실을 방지하는 버퍼 수단을 부가적으로 포함하는 배터리 충전 모드 제어 회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미분 수단은, 소정의 샘플링 주파수로 상기 증폭 수단의 출력 전압을 샘플링하여 홀드하는 샘플홀드 수단과, 상기 증폭 수단의 상기 출력 단자에 연결되는 비반전 단자와 상기 샘플홀드 수단의 출력 단자에 연결되는 반전 단자를 갖는 전압-전류 변환 수단을 포함하는 배터리 충전 모드 제어 회로.
