Claims (6)
- 루테늄 및 백금으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 귀금속염의 수용액을 담체의 세공에 주입하는 단계와, 상기 귀금속염의 수용액이 주입된 담체의 세공에 NaBH4수용액을 주입하여 환원시키는 단계와, 제조된 촉매를 건조시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-프로탄올 기상 탈수소화 반응용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 귀금속염은 염화물이고, 담체 중량에 대하여 3 내지 10 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 것인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 담체는 알루미나 및 활성탄으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 NaBH4수용액의 농도가 0.013몰 내지 0.13몰이고, 주입 속도가 분당 0.3 내지 1.0㎖인 것인 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 2-프로탄올의 기상 탈수소화 반응용 촉매
- 화학 반응 열펌프를 위한 2-프로탄올의 탈수소화 방법에 있어서, 탈수소화 반응 촉매로서 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 촉매를 사용하고, 반응물은 모두 기화된 후에 반응기에 도입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학 반응 열펌프를 위한 2-프로탄올의 기상 탈수소화 방법.
