Claims (2)
- 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 중금속 흡착용 킬레이트 수지 제조에 유용한 것임을 특징으로 하는 다음 화학식 3으로 표시되는 비닐포스포네이트 단량체.화학식 1화학식 3상기 화학식에서:Xa는 -C(=O)-OH, -C(=O)-NH2, -CH=NOH, -C(=O)-NHOH 또는 -P(=O)(OH)2이고;Z는 -P(=O)(OH)2, -CH2CH(COOH)2, -CH2CH(COOH)(P(=O)(OH)2), -CH2CH(CN)2, -CH2CH(P(=O)(OH)2)2또는 -CH2CH(CH2NH2)2이고;k는 0.55≤k≤0.90이고, ℓ은 0.05≤ℓ≤0.45이고, m은 0.05≤m≤0.2이며 단, k+ℓ+m = 1 이며;R은 탄소원자 1 내지 10의 알킬기이고;X는 -COOR1, -C(=O)-NH2, -CH=NOH, -C(=O)-NHOH 또는 -P(=O)(OR1)2(이때 R1은 CnH2n+1이고, n은 1 내지 10의 정수임) 이다.
- 파라포름알데히드 1 몰, 포스포네이트 유도체 0.1 ∼ 1 몰, 칼륨아세테이트 촉매 0.01 ∼ 0.1 몰 및 큐프릭아세테이트 0.01 ∼ 0.1 몰을 아세트산 용매에 녹이고 70 ∼ 120 ℃에서 0.5 ∼ 4시간 가열 반응시킨 다음 진공증류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다음 화학식 3으로 표시되는 비닐포스포네이트 단량체의 제조방법.화학식 3상기 화학식에서:R은 탄소원자 1 내지 10의 알킬기이고;X는 -COOR1, -C(=O)-NH2, -CH=NOH, -C(=O)-NHOH 또는 -P(=O)(OR1)2(이때 R1은 CnH2n+1, n은 1 내지 10의 정수임) 이다.
