Abstract

본 발명은 헤드램프의 조향장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 비춰지는 교행차량의 불빛이 헤드램프 몸체(3)의 전면에 설치된 포토트랜지스터(80)에 의해 램프(1)가 하향으로 비춰지게 하고 스프링(60)에 의해 다시 램프(1)의 방향이 복원되어 교행 차량의 불빛에 의한 전방의 시야 장애가 제거되어 야간주행시 시야장애로 인한 사고발생 위험이 줄어들게 된 유용한 발명인 것이다.

본 발명은 헤드램프의 조향장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세히는 차량교행시 비춰지는 헤드램프 빛에 의해 자동으로 하향되도록 한 헤드램프의 조향장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 헤드램프는 상향등과 하향등으로 구분되어 사용되고 있으며, 자동차의 앞바디에 설치되어 야간 운행시 운전자의 전방 시야를 확보해 주었다.
그러나, 챠량 교행시 차량의 헤드램프가 상향불빛일때는 물론 하향불빛일 때도 눈이 부셔 전방의 시야를 확보할 수 없었으며, 이로 인해 사고가 발생되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 이와같은 종래의 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로, 반사경의 상단부의 브라켓트에 선회축을 끼우고 선회축의 끝단에 베벨기어축을 나사체결하고 베벨기어축의 베벨기어에 또다른 베벨축을 베벨기어에 수직으로 맞물리고, 반사형 하단부 브라켓트에도 선회축을 끼우고 선회축이 좌우로 이동되게 솔레노이드를 연결하며, 솔레노이드를 빛에 의해 전원을 인가되는 포토 트렌지스터에 접속시켜 교행 차량의 헤드램프 불빛에 솔레노이드가 작동되도록 한 것으로, 솔레노이드에 의해 반사경이 당겨져 헤드램프가 하향되도록 하여 고행 차량의 운전자 시야가 가리워지지 않게 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위한 바람직한 일실시예를 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명은 램프(1)가 끼워진 반사경(2)의 상단부가 하단부에 형성된 브라켓트(11)(12)와 상기 브라켓트(11)에 일측이 선회되게 끼워지고 타측이 나사체결될 수 있도록 나사공(21)이 형성된 제1선회축(20)과, 상기 제2선회축(20)에 일측이 나사체결되고 타측에 베벨기어(31)가 형성된 이송축(30)과, 상기 이송축(30)에 베벨기어(41)로 물전 회전축(40)과, 상기 회전축(40)의 회전동작에 상하로 회동되게 상기 반사경(2)의 하단에 형성된 브라켓트(12)에 선회되게 일측이 끼워진 제2선회축(50)과, 상기 제2선회축(50)이 복원되게 일단이 제2선회축(50)의 타측에 연결되고 타단이 헤드램프 몸체(3)에 연결된 스프링(60)과, 상기 제2선회축(50)의 끝단에 연결된 솔레노이드(70)와, 상기 솔레노이드(70)가 작동되게 접속되며 빛의 입사광에 접속되는 포토트렌지스터(80)가 헤드램프(3)의 전면에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드램프의 조향장치인 것이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 발명은 주행전 회전축(40)을 회전시켜 회전축(40)과 베벨기어(31)(41)로 맞물린 이송축(30)을 회전시키면 이송축(30)에 의해 고정공(21)이 이송축(30)을 따라 제2선회축(20)이 직선운동되어 반사경(2)의 상단부 브라켓트(11)를 당기거나 밀게되고, 이때 하단의 브라켓트(12)가 제2선회축(50)에 선회되어 반사경(2)을 회동시키게 되는 것이다.
그러므로 램프(1)가 비춰지는 방향이 조절되어 야간 주행시 운전자의 전방 시야가 확보되는 것이다.
이와같이 램프(1)의 방향이 조절된 상태에서 야간 주행시, 교행차량의 헤드램프가 비춰지면 헤드램프 몸체(3)에 장착된 포토 트렌지스터(80)는 빛을 감지하여 솔레노이드(70)에 전원을 인가하게 되고, 솔레노이드(70)의 작동에 의해 제2선회축(50)이 당겨져 제2선회축(50)에 연결된 반사경(2)로 당겨지므로 램프(1)가 하향되는 것이다.
그리고 교행차량이 지나가게 되면 포토 트랜지스터(80)가 솔레노이드(70)의 전원을 단속시켜 제2선회축(50)에 연결된 스프링(60)에 의해 회전축(40)을 회전시켜 램프(1)의 방향을 조절했던 원래의 위치로 반사경(2)이 복원되는 것이다.
이와같이 본 발명은 차량 교행시 비춰지는 교행차량의 불빛이 헤드램프몸체(3)의 전면에 설치된 포토트랜지스터(80)에 의해 램프(1)가 자동으로 하향으로 비춰지게 하고 스프링(60)에 의해 다시 램프(1)의 방향이 자동복원되어 교행차량의 불빛에 의한 전방의 시야 장애로 제거할 뿐만 아니라 운전자가 수동으로 빈번하게 전조등의 상,하향등의 조절을 하지않아도 되므로 운전의 집중력을 향상시켜 안전사고를 예방할 수 있는 유용한 발명인 것이다.

  1. 램프(1)가 끼워진 반사경(2)의 상단부와 하단부에 형성된 브라켓트로 (11)(12)와 상기 브라켓트(11)에 일측이 선회되게 끼워지고 타측이 나사체결될 수 있도록 나사공(21)이 형성된 제1선회축(20)과, 상기 제1선회축(20)에 일측이 나사 체결되고 타측에 베벨기어(31)가 형성된 이송축(30)과, 상기 이송축(30)에 베벨기어(41)로 물린 회전축(40)으로 된 것에 있어서, 상기 회전축(40)의 회전동작에 상하로 회동되게 상기 반사경(2)의 하단에 형성된 브라켓트(12)에 선회되게 일측이 끼워진 제2선회축(50)과, 상기 제2선회축(50)이 복원되게 일단이 제2선회축(50)의 타측에 연결되고 타단이 헤드램프 몸체(3)에 연결된 스프링(60)과, 상기 제2선회축(50)의 끝단에 연결된 솔레노이드(70)와, 상기 솔레노이드(70)가 작동되게 접속되며 빛의 입사광에 접속되는 포토 트렌지스터(80)가 헤드램프(3)의 전면에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드램프의 조향장치.
