Claims (14)
- 분산액주의 중합체 대 추출제의중량비가 1:20내지 1:400의 범위내로 되도록 고압하에서 정제될 중합체를 포함하는 분산액과 추출제를 추출기 내에서 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 분산액은 분산매중에서 중합체의 균일분산계인 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 분산액은 분산매중에서 중합체의 불균일 분산계인 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 중합체의 불균일 분산계가 유화 중합공정이나 현탁 중합 공정으로부터 얻어지는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체는 폴리스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴/스티렌공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔삼중합체, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 포리염화비닐, 폴리염화비닐리덴, 스티렌/부타디엔, 또는 폴리부타디엔으로터 선택되는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출제는 이산화탄소, 산화이질소, 이황화탄소, 지방족 탄화수소, 할로겐족 탄화수소, 방향족 탄호수소, 및 그들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
- 제1하에 있어서, 상기 추출제는 초임계 상태에서 서용되는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추출기내의 압력은 20내지 500kg/㎠ G의 범위인 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추출기의 온도는 정제되는 중합체의 연화점 이상인 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출되는 불순물인 휘발성물질은 미반응의 단량체, 용제 또는 올리고머중에서 선택되는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출기로는 탱크혀의 추출기가 사용되는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출기로서 다수개의 추출기가 병렬로 배열 되는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출기로서 다수개의 추출기가 직렬로 배열되는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산액주의 중합체 대 추출제의 중량비가 1:50내지 1:300의 범위인 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
