Claims (2)
- 피스톤(2)의 중심 상면에 형성된 연소실(3)의 저면 내부에 주조시 내장되면서 연결되는 링형의 오일 냉각홀(4)의 내주연에 노출되도록 형성된 냉각판(1)을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 피스톤의 냉각구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉각판(1)은 피스톤(2)의 연소실(3) 저면 내부에 냉각이 용이하도록 하면서 열전달계수가 높은 금속재로 이루어져 내장되는 원판부재(5)와, 이 원판부재에서 대각선방향에 링형으로 형성된 오일냉각홀(4)과 맞닿아 연결되도록 방사형의 냉각손(6)을 형성하여 이루어지는 피스톤의 냉각구조.
