Claims (6)
- 반도체 소자의 링 발전기에 있어서, 소정의 제어신호(cont)의 전압상태에 따라 동작되어 일정주기의 펄스를 발생시키기 위한 인버터 체인수단과, 상기 인버터 체인수단으로 부터의 출력펄스 및 기준전압(Vref)을 비교증폭 하여 일정 주기의 펄스를 발생시키기 위한 비교수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 링 발진가.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비교수단으로 부터의 출력펄스를 완충하여 출력단자로 전달하기 위한 드라이버 수단을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 링 발진기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 드라이버 수단은, 상기 노드(N7) 및 출력단자(N10) 사이에 직렬접속된 안버터(G13,G14)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 링 발진기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인버터 체인수단 및 상기 비교수단에 제어신호가 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 링 발진기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인버터 체인수단은, 상기 제어신호(cont) 및 노드(N5)의 신호를 논리조합한 신호를 노드(N4)로 출력하기 위한 NAND게이트(G8)와, 상기 노드(N4) 및 상기 노드(N5) 사이에 직렬접속된 인버터(G9 내지 G12)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 링 발진기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비교수단은, 전원전압(Vcc) 및 노드(N7) 사이에 접속된 PMOS트랜지스터(Q1)와, 전원전압(Vcc) 및 노드(N8) 사이에 접속된 PMOS트랜지스터(Q2)와, 상기 PMOS트랜지스터(Q1,Q2)의 게이트가 공통으로 접속된 상기 노드(N8)와, 상기 노드(N7) 및 노드(N9) 사이에 접속되며 게이트가 상기 노드(N5)에 연결된 NMOS트랜지스터(Q3)와, 상기 노드(N8) 및 노드(N9) 사이에 접속되며 게이트에 기준전압(Vref)이 연결된 NMOS트랜지스터(Q4)와, 상기 노드(N9) 및 접지전압(Vss) 사이에 접속되며 게이트에 제어신호(cont)가 인가되는 NMOS트랜지스터(Q5)와, 전원전압(Vcc) 및 상기 노드(N7)사이에 접속되며 게이트에 제어신호(cont)가 인가되는 PMOS트랜지스터(Q6)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 링 발진기.
