Claims (3)
- 수직프레임(1) 일측의 제1고정브라켓(2)을 관통하여 설치되며 고정너트(4)의 해제시 수평방향으로 그 위치를 이동시킬 수 있도록 된 로드(3)와, 상기 로드(3)의 일측 선단에 면중앙부가 힌지결합되는 작용판(5)과, 상기 작용판(5)의 상단부 및 상기 수직프레임(1)의 제1고정브라켓(2) 상부에 장착된 제2고정브라켓(6)의 안내장공(7)을 관통하는 힌지핀(10)에 결합되어 로드(3)의 수평이동시 상기 안내장공(7)을 따라 승강하며 체인(8) 상부측의 경로 변화를 유도하여 체인(8) 상부측의 장력을 조절하는 상부스프로킷(9)과, 상기 작용판(5)의 하단에 장착되어 상기 상부스프로킷(9)의 승강에 따른 작용판(5)의 회동시 체인(8) 하부측의 경로 변화를 유도하여 체인(8) 하부측의 장력을 조절하는 하부스프로킷(11)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에스컬레이터 및 무빙워크의 동력전달용 체인 장력 조정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작용판(5)의 면중앙부에는 체인(8)의 상·하부측 중 구동스프로킷(12)의 회전 방향에 따른 처짐이 발생하기 쉬운 쪽에 더 큰 장력을 줄 수 있도록 로드(3) 선단이 결합되는 위치를 변경함에 따라 체인(8)의 상·하부측에 각각 인가되는 장력의 크기에 대한 비율을 조절할 수 있는 복수개의 장력비 조절공(13)이 작용판(5)의 길이방향을 따라 형성되는 에스컬레이터 및 무빙워크의 동력전달용 체인 장력 조정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수직프레임(1)의 길이방향을 따라 상·하부에 형성된 브라켓(14a),(14b)에 장력조절기 본체(15)가 장착되고, 상기 본체(15)의 가이드홈(16) 상에는 가이드홈(16)의 길이방향을 따라 장착위치를 변화시켜 체인(8) 상·하부측의 장력을 각각 조절할 수 있는 상·하부스프로킷(9),(11)이 설치되는 에스컬레이터 및 무빙워크의 동력전달용 체인 장력 조정장치.
