Claims (10)
- 주사될 표면상에 방사 스폿을 형성하도록 포커싱 방향(F)으로 이동할수 있고 상기 표면의 기록 트랙을 따라가도록 포커싱 방향에 대해 횡방향인 트랙킹 방향(T)으로 이동할수 있는, 광축(2a)을 갖는 렌즈(2) 및 가동 렌즈 홀더(4)를 포함하고, 자기회로(18,16a)를 갖는 고정부(16)와 상기 포커싱 방향과 트랙킹 방향에 의해 형성되는 평면에 대해 횡방향으로 연장되고 현수장치(22a,22b)에 의해 상기 고정부에 대해 이동될수 있게 고정되며 상기 렌즈 홀더를 지지하는 가동부(6)를 포함하며, 상기 렌즈의 광축에 대해 평행하게 연장되는 코일축(12a)을 갖는 포커싱 코일(12)과 렌즈를 구동하기 위한 트랙킹 코일(14a,14b)을 포함하는 전기-광학 주사 장치에 있어서, 상기 현수장치는 유연한 기계적 현수장치이며, 렌즈(2)는 현수장치에 대해 외팔보식으로 배치되고, 상기 자기회로는, 상기 포커싱 방향(F)과 트랙킹 방향(T)에 의해 형성되는 평면에서 연장되고 렌즈(2)의 광축(2a)과 포커싱 코일(12)의 코일축(12a) 사이에 배치되는 단일의 공기갭(20)을 가지며, 상기 가동부(6)의 질량 중심은 단일의 공기갭 또는 그 부근에 위치하고, 상기 코일(12,14a,14b) 각각은 단일의 공기갭내로 연장되며, 상기 포커싱 코일은 구동력의 적용점을 상기 질량 중심 또는 그 부근에 배치하도록 렌즈홀더 및 렌즈에 평형추를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기-광학 주사 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기 갭은 포커싱 방향과 트랙킹 방향에 의해 형성된 평면에 횡방향으로 배치되는 자기축을 갖는 자석에 의해 경계지워지며, 이 자석은 포커싱 코일에 의해 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기-광학 주사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 현수 장치는 포커싱 방향과 트랙킹 방향에 의해 형성되는 평면에 횡방향으로 연장되는 현수 로드를 포함하고, 이 현수 로드는 제1단부 및 제2단부에서 각각 고정부와 가동부에 고정되며, 이들 단부에는 포커싱 방향으로 연장되는 축과 트랙킹 방향으로 연장되는 축 주위로의 운동을 허용하는 일체식 힌지가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기-광학 주사장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 현수 로드는 상호 평행하게 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기-광학 주사 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 힌지는 이중 일체식 힌지로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기-광학 주사 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 현수로드는 네 개이며, 렌즈의 광축과 포커싱 코일의 코일축에 의해 형성되는 평면의 대향측에서 로드는 쌍으로 배치되어 단일 사출 성형 제품의 일부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기-광학 주사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가동부는 별개로 형성된 렌즈 홀더와 코일 홀더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기-광학 주사 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전기-광학 주사장치는 두 개의 트랙킹 코일을 포함하며, 코일 홀더는 포커싱 코일이 제공된 포커싱 코일 홀더와 트랙킹 코일이 제공된 두 개의 트랙킹 코일 홀더로 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기-광학 주사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고정부는 하나 이상의 오목한 갭 경계면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기-광학 주사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 주사 장치와, 턴테이블과, 슬라이드를 포함하는 광학 플레이어로서, 상기 슬라이드는 턴테이블에 대해 래디얼 통로를 따라 이동가능하며, 대물렌즈의 광축과 포커싱 코일의 코일축에 의해 형성되는 평면은 상기 래디얼 통로에 수직한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 플레이어.
