Abstract

본원 고안은 인쇄회로가 중첩되는 부분의 패턴을 연결하기 위하여 기판상단에 삽입되는 인쇄회로기판용 점프단자에 관한 것으로서, 단자 몸체와, 상기 단자몸체와 일체로 90도의 각도를 이루도록 연장되어 형성된 다수의 단자핀으로 구성되어, 기판조립이 간단해지는 동시에 자동삽입이 가능하게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

인쇄회로기판용 점프단자

본원 고안은 인쇄회로기판용 점프단자에 관한 것으로서 특히, 인쇄회로가 겹치는 부분의 패턴을 연결하기 위하여 기판상단에 삽입되는 인쇄회로기판용 점프단자에 관한 것이다.
일반적인 인쇄회로기판에서는 제1도에 도시된 바와 같이 인쇄회로를 구성할 때 각각의 부품을 연결하는데 있어서 중첩되는 부분이 발생하게 된다. 이때 중첩되는 부분에서 하나는 인쇄회로로 형성하고, 하나는 점프용 리드선을 이용하여 기판의 상단에 삽입함으로서 양쪽의 패턴을 연결한다.
종래 기술에 의한 인쇄회로기판용 점프단자는 제2도에 도시된 바와 같이 리드선을 이용하여 양쪽의 패턴상에 형성된 구멍에 삽입한 후 납땜을 수행하여 연결 고정하여 사용된다.
상기와 같은 종래 기술에 의한 인쇄회로기판용 점프단자는 리드선을 사용하기 때문에 선의 가공이 필요하게 되는 동시에 점프개소에 따라 여러개의 선이 필요하게 되는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 리드선의 사용으로 인해 점프선의 휨이 발생하기 때문에 자동삽입이 어렵게 되는 문제점이 있다.
본원 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로서, 리드선을 사용하지 않고 ㄷ자형 또는 E자형의 점프단자를 사용함으로써 자동삽입이 가능하게 되는 인쇄회로기판용 점프단자를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본원 고안에 의한 인쇄회로기판용 점프단자는 단자몸체와, 상기 단자몸체와 같은 방향으로 90도의 각도를 이루도록 연장되어 일체로 형성된 다수의 단자핀으로 구성되어, 기판조립이 간단해지는 동시에 자동삽입이 가능하게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본원 고안에 의한 인쇄회로기판용 점프단자의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
본원 고안은 제3도에 도시한 바와 같이 수평으로 위치하는 단자몸체(10)와, 상기 단자몸체(10)와 90도의 각도를 이루도록 하향으로 연장되어 형성된 다수의 단자핀(20)으로 구성되고, 상기 다수의 단자핀(20)은 폭이 일정하게 일정간격으로 위치하도록 형성되는 동시에 기판삽입이 용이하도록 끝단 부분의 폭이 점차 축소되어 형성된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본원 고안은 제4도에 도시된 바와 같이 인쇄회로기판의 상면에서 패턴에 형성된 구멍에 상기 다수의 단자핀(20)이 삽입된 후 납땜을 수행하여 고정시키게 된다.
본원 고안은 제5도에 도시된 바와 같이 수평으로 위치하는 단자몸체(10)와, 상기 단자몸체(10)의 좌우측에서 일정길이만큼 연장된 후 90도의 각도를 이루도록 다시 연장되어 형성된 다수의 단자핀(20)으로 구성될 수도 있다.
상기와 같이 구성되고 동작하는 본원 고안에 의한 인쇄회로기판용 점프단자는 하나의 단자몸체에 다수의 단자핀이 형성되기 때문에 기판조립이 간단해지는 동시에 자동삽입이 가능하게 되는 잇점이 있다.
또한, 기판의 상면을 이용하기 때문에 부품간의 쇼트를 방지할 수 있는 동시에 소형화가 가능하게 되는 잇점이 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 단자몸체와, 상기 단자몸체와 90도의 각도를 이루도록 연장되어 형성된 다수의 단자핀으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판용 점프단자.
  2. 단자몸체와, 상기 단자몸체의 좌우측에서 일정길이만큼 연장된 후 90도의 각도를 이루도록 다시 연장되어 형성된 다수의 단자핀으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판용 점프단자.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 다수의 단자핀은 일정간격으로 위치하는 동시에 폭이 일정하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판용 점프단자.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 다수의 단자핀은 기판삽입이 용이하도록 끝단 부분의 폭이 점차 축소되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판용 점프단자.
