本願は、2019年1月21日に出願された日本国特許出願JP2019−7709からの優先権の利益を主張し、当該出願の全ての開示は、本願に組み込まれる。
FeまたはMnと共にCoが含まれる場合のCoの含有率は、Co3O4換算で0.1質量%以上かつ3.0質量%以下であり、FeおよびMnは含まれずCoが含まれる場合のCoの含有率は、Co3O4換算で0.2質量%以上かつ6.0質量%以下であり、Ceの含有率は、CeO2換算で0.1質量%以上かつ10質量%以下である。CeO2換算でのCeの含有率に対する、Fe2O3換算でのFeの含有率とMn2O3換算でのMnの含有率とCo3O4換算でのCoの含有率との和の割合(すなわち、Fe・Mn・Co割合)は、0.8以上かつ9.5以下である。

Claims (6)
- 多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
主成分がコージェライトである多孔質の構造体本体と、
前記構造体本体に固定されたセリウム含有粒子と、
鉄、マンガンおよびコバルトのうち少なくとも1種を含み、前記構造体本体の気孔の内部に固定された金属酸化物粒子と、
を備え、
前記金属酸化物粒子は、
前記構造体本体の内部に位置する固定部と、
前記固定部に連続するとともに前記気孔内に突出する突出部と、
を備え、
前記多孔質セラミックス構造体において、
鉄が含まれる場合の鉄の含有率は、Fe2O3換算で0.1質量%以上かつ3.0質量%以下であり、
マンガンが含まれる場合のマンガンの含有率は、Mn2O3換算で0.1質量%以上かつ3.0質量%以下であり、
鉄またはマンガンと共にコバルトが含まれる場合のコバルトの含有率は、Co3O4換算で0.1質量%以上かつ3.0質量%以下であり、
鉄およびマンガンは含まれずコバルトが含まれる場合のコバルトの含有率は、Co3O4換算で0.2質量%以上かつ6.0質量%以下であり、
セリウムの含有率は、CeO2換算で0.1質量%以上かつ10質量%以下であり、
CeO2換算でのセリウムの含有率に対する、Fe2O3換算での鉄の含有率とMn2O3換算でのマンガンの含有率とCo3O4換算でのコバルトの含有率との和の割合は、0.8以上かつ9.5以下である。 - 請求項1に記載の多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
鉄が含まれる場合の鉄の含有率は、Fe2O3換算で1.5質量%以上かつ3.0質量%以下であり、
マンガンが含まれる場合のマンガンの含有率は、Mn2O3換算で1.5質量%以上かつ3.0質量%以下であり、
鉄またはマンガンと共にコバルトが含まれる場合のコバルトの含有率は、Co3O4換算で1.5質量%以上かつ3.0質量%以下であり、
鉄およびマンガンは含まれずコバルトが含まれる場合のコバルトの含有率は、Co3O4換算で3.0質量%以上かつ6.0質量%以下であり、
セリウムの含有率は、CeO2換算で1.5質量%以上かつ4.5質量%以下であり、
CeO2換算でのセリウムの含有率に対する、Fe2O3換算での鉄の含有率とMn2O3換算でのマンガンの含有率とCo3O4換算でのコバルトの含有率との和の割合は、1.0以上かつ4.0以下である。 - 請求項1または2に記載の多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
前記金属酸化物粒子は、鉄、マンガンおよびコバルトのうち少なくとも1種を含むスピネル型構造を有する酸化物の粒子である。 - 請求項3に記載の多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
前記金属酸化物粒子は、鉄、マンガンおよび酸素を含むスピネル型構造を有する酸化物の粒子、または、コバルトおよび酸素を含むスピネル型構造を有する酸化物の粒子である。 - 請求項4に記載の多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
前記金属酸化物粒子の含有率は、0.1質量%以上かつ5.0質量%以下である。 - 請求項4または5に記載の多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
前記金属酸化物粒子の平均粒径は、10nm以上かつ1μm以下である。
