Claims (5)
- ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 60〜90%、Al2O3 5〜20%、B2O3 0〜15%、P2O5 0.1〜20%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜0.5%、MgO 0〜10%、CaO 0.1〜10%、SrO 0〜5%を含有し、且つ30〜380℃の温度範囲における平均熱膨張係数が34.0×10−7/℃以下であることを特徴とする無アルカリガラス板。
- SrOの含有量が1モル%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無アルカリガラス板。
- B2O3が6モル%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の無アルカリガラス板。
- 歪点が700℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の無アルカリガラス板。
- 密度が2.50g/cm3以下、30〜380℃の温度範囲における平均熱膨張係数が34.0×10−7/℃以下、歪点が700℃以上、且つヤング率が70GPa以上であることを特徴とする無アルカリガラス板。
