Claims (5)
- 計測対象の粒子を含む第1液体が流されるとともに該第1液体中の前記粒子を光学センサで計測する計測領域を有する第1流路、前記粒子を含まない比較対象の第2液体が流されるとともに該第2液体を前記光学センサで比較計測する比較領域を有する第2流路、および前記光学センサの較正のための較正領域を有する流路デバイスと、
発光素子および受光素子を有する前記光学センサが第1端に配置され、第2端に駆動軸が配置されているアーム状部材と、
前記駆動軸に接続され、前記アーム状部材を所定の範囲内で回転駆動する回転駆動用アクチュエータとを備えており、
前記計測領域、前記比較領域および前記較正領域は、それぞれ前記アーム状部材の回転駆動に伴って前記光学センサが動く円周状の位置を含む領域として配置されている、
計測装置。 - 前記流路デバイスは、前記計測領域および前記比較領域に対応して前記光学センサの反対側に配置された反射部材または非反射部材を有している、請求項1に記載の計測装置。
- 前記流路デバイスは、前記アーム状部材の可動範囲内に、前記第1流路が接続されていて前記第1液体が流れ出る第1流出口を有しており、
前記アーム状部材は、前記第1流出口に対応して配置され、該第1流出口から流れ出る前記第1液体を回収する第1液体回収容器を有している、請求項1に記載の計測装置。 - 前記回転駆動用アクチュエータは、パルスモータである、請求項1に記載の計測装置。
- 前記光学センサは、前記発光素子および前記受光素子が1つの基板に一体的に配置されている、請求項1に記載の計測装置。
