Abstract
Description
まず、第一実施形態のガラスパネルユニットは、冷凍ショーケース用のガラスパネルユニットであるが、ガラスパネルユニットの用途は特に限定されない。第一実施形態のガラスパネルユニットの各構成について、図1〜図3に基づいて説明する。
次に、第五実施形態のガラス窓について、説明する。第五実施形態のガラス窓は、第一実施形態又は第四実施形態のガラスパネルユニットを備える。
以上、述べた実施形態から明らかなように、第1の態様のガラスパネルユニットは、ガラスパネル(15)を含む第一パネル(1)と、ガラスパネル(25)を含む第二パネル(2)と、シール部(41)と、排気孔(50)と、印刷部(48)と、を備える。第二パネル(2)は、第一パネル(1)に対向して位置する。シール部(41)は、第一パネル(1)と第二パネル(2)の間に減圧状態の密閉空間(51)を形成するように、第一パネル(1)と第二パネル(2)の互いの周縁部を気密に接合する枠状をしたものである。排気孔(50)は、第一パネル(1)と第二パネル(2)のうちの一方のパネルが有する。印刷部(48)は、第一パネル(1)と第二パネル(2)のうちの他方のパネルの排気孔(50)に対向する部分の密閉空間(51)に臨む面か又はその反対側の面に形成される。

Claims (8)
- ガラスパネルを含む第一パネルと、
ガラスパネルを含み、前記第一パネルに対向して位置する第二パネルと、
前記第一パネルと前記第二パネルの間に減圧状態の密閉空間を形成するように、前記第一パネルと前記第二パネルの互いの周縁部を気密に接合する枠状のシール部と、
前記第一パネルと前記第二パネルのうちの一方のパネルが有する排気孔と、
前記第一パネルと前記第二パネルのうちの他方のパネルの前記排気孔に対向する部分の前記密閉空間に臨む面か又はその反対側の面に形成される印刷部と、
を備えるガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記シール部及び前記印刷部は、それぞれ所定の融点を有する部材により形成されており、
前記印刷部の融点が前記シール部の融点よりも高い
請求項1に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記印刷部は、セラミックを含む部材により形成される
請求項1又は2に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記一方のパネルの前記密閉空間に臨む面に形成されるガス吸着体を更に備え、
前記印刷部は、前記他方のパネルの正面視における端縁から前記パネルの内側に向けての所定の幅と、前記端縁に沿う所定の長さと、を有し、
前記一方のパネルの前記所定の幅及び前記所定の長さを有する前記印刷部に対向する部分の前記密閉空間に臨む面に、前記排気孔及び前記ガス吸着体が形成される
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記印刷部は、前記他方のパネルの正面視における端縁から前記パネルの内側に向けての所定の幅を有し、前記端縁の全周に沿う枠状をなすものである
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記一方のパネルの前記密閉空間に臨む面に形成される低放射膜を更に備える
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - ガラスパネルを含み、前記第一パネルと前記第二パネルのうちの一つのパネルに対向して位置する第三パネルと、
前記一つのパネルと前記第三パネルの間に密閉された空間を形成するように、前記一つのパネルと前記第三パネルに気密に接合された枠状の第二シール部と、を更に備える
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニットと、
前記ガラスパネルユニットの周縁部が嵌め込まれる枠と、を備える
ことを特徴とするガラス窓。
