Claims (11)
- 第1の開口端面及び第2の開口端面を含む筒状の振動体を有する振動素子と、
前記振動体の前記第1の開口端面及び前記第2の開口端面を結ぶ方向を軸方向としたときに、前記軸方向に延びており、かつ前記振動体を支持している支持体と、
前記振動体と前記支持体とを接続している接続部材と、
を備え、
前記振動素子の前記軸方向おいて異なる位置に第1のノード及び第2のノードが生じるように、前記振動体が呼吸振動をし、
前記接続部材が前記第1のノード及び前記第2のノードの間に位置している、振動装置。 - 前記第1のノードが前記振動体に位置し、
前記振動体において、前記接続部材が接続されている部分の前記軸方向における振動の変位量が、前記第1のノードが位置する部分の前記軸方向における振動の変位量の40%以下である、請求項1に記載の振動装置。 - 前記振動素子が、前記振動体を振動させる圧電振動子を有する、請求項1または2に記載の振動装置。
- 前記支持体が前記接続部材に接続されている接続部と、底部と、を有し、
前記支持体において、前記底部よりも前記接続部側に位置している部分が、前記底部よりも変形し易い、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の振動装置。 - 前記軸方向に直交する方向に沿う厚みを肉厚としたときに、前記支持体において、前記底部の肉厚が他の部分の肉厚よりも厚く、前記支持体の前記軸方向に沿う断面が略L字形の形状を有する、請求項4に記載の振動装置。
- 前記振動体、前記接続部材及び前記支持体が同じ材料からなる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の振動装置。
- 前記振動体、前記接続部材及び前記支持体が金属材料からなる、請求項6に記載の振動装置。
- 前記振動素子が、前記振動体の前記第1の開口端面上に設けられている蓋体を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の振動装置。
- 前記蓋体が透光性を有する、請求項8に記載の振動装置。
- 請求項9に記載の振動装置と、
前記振動装置が有する蓋体に検出領域が含まれるように配置されている光学検出素子と、
を備える、光学検出装置。 - 前記光学検出素子が撮像素子であり、前記検出領域が視野である、請求項10に記載の光学検出装置。
