Abstract
Description
本発明の他の目的は、構造色を発色する積層体であって、構造色の発色構造を損なうことなく深絞り加工することができ、長期に亘って美観を維持することができる積層体を提供することにある。
本発明の他の目的は、前記積層体を用いて、深絞り加工が施された成形体を製造する方法を提供することにある。
1.ポリアミドと熱可塑性ポリウレタンとは化学結合により強固に接着するため、ポリアミド層と熱可塑性ポリウレタン層とを接着剤層を介さずに積層することができること
2.ポリアミドは硬く、成形体の形状を保持する機能を有し、一方、熱可塑性ポリウレタンは柔軟性に富み、深絞り加工に良好に追従すること
3.ポリアミドは、熱可塑性ポリウレタンが分解しない温度で軟化して、成形が可能であること
4.ポリアミドと構造色の発色構造を備えた熱可塑性ポリウレタンとを化学結合により接着して得られる積層体は、熱可塑性ポリウレタンによって形成される構造色の発色構造を損なうことなく深絞り加工することができ、アスペクト比が大きい成形体を精度良く製造することができ、得られた成形体はその発色構造及び形状を保持することができること
本発明はこれらの知見に基づいて完成させたものである。
ポリアミドの融点(℃)+10℃≦熱可塑性ポリウレタンの分解開始温度(℃)
で表される繰り返し単位を有するポリマー鎖を含む前記積層体を提供する。
更にまた、本発明の積層体は適度に柔軟な熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)を有するため金型に良好に追従し、深絞り加工を精度良く行うことができ、適度な硬さのポリアミド層(1)を備えるため、当該積層体を深絞り加工して得られる成形体は、その形状を安定的に保持することができる。
従って、本発明の積層体は、深絞り加工用として好適に使用することができる。
本発明の積層体は、ポリアミド層(1)と熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)とを有し、前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)は構造色の発色構造を備える。
凸型のアスペクト比=凸部の高さ/凸部の基底部内径
凹型のアスペクト比=凹部の深さ/凹部の開口部内径
本発明におけるポリアミド層は、ポリアミドからなる少なくとも1層の層である。
ポリアミドの融点(℃)+10℃≦熱可塑性ポリウレタンの分解開始温度(℃)
H2N−L1−NH2 (a)
(式中、L1は2価の炭化水素基を示す)
HOOC−L2−COOH (c)
(式中、L2は2価の炭化水素基を示す)
で表される繰り返し単位を有するポリマー鎖が好ましい。
本発明における熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)は、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)によって形成される層であり、構造色の発色構造を備える。
[1]熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)の表面に、光の波長あるいは光の回折と干渉を生じさせる微細な構造(例えば、3μm以下の凹部又は凸部)を設ける方法
[2]屈折率の異なる熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)を交互に積層する方法
熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)を形成する熱可塑性ポリウレタンは、ウレタン結合(−NHCOO−)を有する重合体であり、ポリイソシアネート、高分子量ポリオール、及び鎖伸長剤の付加反応により得られるゴム弾性体である。熱可塑性ポリウレタンは、ポリイソシアネートと鎖伸長剤の反応により形成されるハードセグメントと、ポリイソシアネートと高分子量ポリオールの反応により形成されるソフトセグメントとを備えている。
本発明の成形体の製造方法は、上記積層体を真空成形、圧空成形、若しくは真空圧空成形に付することによりアスペクト比(深さ/開口部の内径)が0.001以上の凹部若しくは凸部を備える成形体を得ることを特徴とする。
(積層体の製造)
ポリアミドフィルム(1)[結晶性ポリアミドエラストマー、末端アミノ基量:10mmol/kg以上、融点:168℃、厚み:0.8mm、ショアD硬度:58、曲げ弾性率:200MPa、商品名「E58S4」(ダイセル・エボニック(株)製)を用いて形成されたフィルム]と、片面にエンボス加工を施した熱可塑性ポリウレタン層/アルミ蒸着層/熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(50μm/0.001〜10μm/100μm)の積層体(熱可塑性ポリウレタンの分解開始温度:230℃、商品名「ウレタンホログラム」、(株)村田金箔製)とを160℃で加熱しつつ押圧して貼り合わせ、積層体(1)(PA/構造色の発色構造を有するTPU/アルミ蒸着層/TPU、総厚み:約950〜960μm)を得た。
得られた積層体(1)を、矩形凹部(深さ3cm、開口部内径5cm、アスペクト比0.6)を備えた金属型を使用した真空成形(加熱温度:190℃、加熱時間:20秒)に付して、成形体(1)を得た。成形体(1)は構造色を発色し、形状精度は良好であった。また、適度な硬さを有し、成形体の形状を維持することができた。
(積層体の製造)
末端アミノ基濃度が低いポリアミド樹脂(結晶性ポリアミドエラストマー、末端アミノ基量:10mmol/kg以下)に、末端アミノ基濃度が高いポリアミド樹脂(ポリアミドエラストマー、末端アミノ基量:10mmol/kg以上)を配合して得られたポリアミド組成物を使用して、ポリアミドフィルム(2)(結晶性ポリアミドエラストマー、末端アミノ基量:10mmol/kg以上、融点:160℃、厚み:0.8mm、ショアD硬度:70、曲げ弾性率:1500MPa)を得た。
ポリアミドフィルム(1)に代えてポリアミドフィルム(2)を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、積層体(2)(PA/構造色の発色構造を有するTPU/アルミ蒸着層/TPU、総厚み:約950〜960μm)を得た。
積層体(1)に代えて積層体(2)を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、成形体(2)を得た。成形体(2)は構造色を発色し、形状精度は良好であった。また、適度な硬さを有し、成形体の形状を維持することができた。
(積層体の製造)
ポリアミドエラストマー(非晶性、末端アミノ基量:10mmol/kg以上)に、ポリアミドエラストマー(結晶性、末端アミノ基量:10mmol/kg以上)を配合して得られたポリアミド組成物を使用して、ポリアミドフィルム(3)(末端アミノ基量:10mmol/kg以上、融点:150℃、厚み:0.8mm、ショアD硬度:65、曲げ弾性率:380MPa)を得た。
ポリアミドフィルム(1)に代えてポリアミドフィルム(3)を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、積層体(3)(PA/構造色の発色構造を有するTPU/アルミ蒸着層/TPU、総厚み:約950〜960μm)を得た。
積層体(1)に代えて積層体(3)を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、成形体(3)を得た。成形体(3)は、成形体(1)、(2)より高い透明度を有していた。また、成形体(3)は構造色を発色し、形状精度は良好であった。更に、適度な硬さを有し、成形体の形状を維持することができた。
ポリアミドを使用しなかった以外は実施例1と同様にして、積層体(4)(構造色の発色構造を有するTPU/アルミ蒸着層/TPU=50μm/0.001〜10μm/100μm、総厚み:約150〜160μm)を得た。
ポリアミドに代えて二軸延伸PETフィルム(融点:260℃、ショアD硬度:85曲げ弾性率:2500MPa)を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、積層体(5)(PET/構造色の発色構造を有するTPU/アルミ蒸着層/TPU=300μm/50μm/0.001〜10μm/100μm、総厚み:約450〜460μm)を得た。
ポリアミドに代えて真空成形用PETフィルム(非晶性、融点:254℃、ショアD硬度:65、曲げ弾性率:2100MPa、商品名「A−PET FR」、帝人(株)製)を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、積層体(6)(PET/構造色の発色構造を有するTPU/アルミ蒸着層/TPU=300μm/50μm/0.001〜10μm/100μm、総厚み:約450〜460μm)を得た。
[1] ポリアミド層(1)と、構造色の発色構造を備えた熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)とを有する積層体。
[2] 熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)が、ポリアミド層(1)と接する面とは反対側の面に凹凸構造を有する熱可塑性ポリウレタン層である、[1]に記載の積層体。
[3] 熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)の凹凸構造を有する面に金属層(3)が積層されてなる、[2]に記載の積層体。
[4] 熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)が、屈折率の差が0.03以上である2種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層の交互積層体からなる層である、[1]に記載の積層体。
[5] ポリアミド層(1)を構成するポリアミドの融点と、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)を構成する熱可塑性ポリウレタンの分解開始温度が以下の関係式を満たす、[1]〜[4]の何れか1つに記載の積層体。

[6] ポリアミド層(1)を構成するポリアミドの末端アミノ基量が10mmol/kg以上である、[1]〜[5]の何れか1つに記載の積層体。
[7] ポリアミド層(1)を構成するポリアミドが、式(1)で表される繰り返し単位を有するポリマー鎖を含む、[1]〜[6]の何れか1つに記載の積層体。
[8] ポリアミド層(1)を構成するポリアミドがポリアミドエラストマーである[1]〜[7]の何れか1つに記載の積層体。
[9] ポリアミド層(1)を構成するポリアミドの曲げ弾性率が100〜3000MPaである、[1]〜[8]の何れか1つに記載の積層体。
[10] ポリアミド層(1)を構成するポリアミドのショアD硬度が40〜80である、[1]〜[9]の何れか1つに記載の積層体。
[11] 熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)を構成する熱可塑性ポリウレタンが、ポリエステルウレタンエラストマー及び/又はポリエーテルウレタンエラストマーである、[1]〜[10]の何れか1つに記載の積層体。
[12] 熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)を構成する熱可塑性ポリウレタンのショアD硬度が30〜60である、[1]〜[11]の何れか1つに記載の積層体。
[13] ポリアミド層(1)の厚み1に対して、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)の厚みが0.05〜40である、[1]〜[12]の何れか1つに記載の積層体。
[14] 熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)の厚み1に対して、ポリアミド層(1)の厚みが3〜40である、[1]〜[13]の何れか1つに記載の積層体。
[15] アスペクト比(深さ/開口部の内径)が0.001以上の深絞り加工用である、[1]〜[14]の何れか1つに記載の積層体。
[16] [1]〜[15]の何れか1つに記載の積層体の、下記式から算出されるアスペクト比が0.001以上の深絞り加工への使用。

[18] [1]〜[15]の何れか1つに記載の積層体を使用して、アスペクト比(深さ/開口部の内径)が0.001以上の凹部若しくは凸部を備える成形体を得る、成形体の製造方法。
[19] [1]〜[15]の何れか1つに記載の積層体を真空成形、圧空成形、若しくは真空圧空成形に付することによりアスペクト比(深さ/開口部の内径)が0.001以上の凹部若しくは凸部を備える成形体を得る、成形体の製造方法。
Claims (11)
- ポリアミド層(1)と、構造色の発色構造を備えた熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)とを有する積層体。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)が、ポリアミド層(1)と接する面とは反対側の面に凹凸構造を有する熱可塑性ポリウレタン層である、請求項1に記載の積層体。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)の凹凸構造を有する面に金属層(3)が積層されてなる、請求項2に記載の積層体。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)が、屈折率の差が0.03以上である2種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層の交互積層体からなる層である、請求項1に記載の積層体。
- ポリアミド層(1)を構成するポリアミドの融点と、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)を構成する熱可塑性ポリウレタンの分解開始温度が以下の関係式を満たす、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の積層体。
ポリアミドの融点(℃)+10℃≦熱可塑性ポリウレタンの分解開始温度(℃) - ポリアミド層(1)を構成するポリアミドの末端アミノ基量が10mmol/kg以上である、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の積層体。
- ポリアミド層(1)を構成するポリアミドがポリアミドエラストマーである、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の積層体。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタン層(2)を構成する熱可塑性ポリウレタンが、ポリエステルウレタンエラストマー及び/又はポリエーテルウレタンエラストマーである、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の積層体。
- アスペクト比(深さ/開口部の内径)が0.001以上の深絞り加工用である、請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の積層体。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の積層体を真空成形、圧空成形、若しくは真空圧空成形に付することによりアスペクト比(深さ/開口部の内径)が0.001以上の凹部若しくは凸部を備える成形体を得る、成形体の製造方法。
