Abstract
Description
電動車両(1)に搭載される電源システム(10)であって、
複数のセル(E1−En)が接続された蓄電部(11)と、
前記複数のセル(E1−En)の各電圧を測定する電圧測定部(13)と、
前記複数のセル(E1−En)に流れる電流を測定する電流測定部(15)と、
前記複数のセル(E1−En)の温度を測定する温度測定部(14)と、
前記電圧測定部(13)により測定される各セル(E1−En)の電圧、前記電流測定部(15)により測定される電流、及び前記温度測定部(14)により測定される温度をもとに、セル劣化を抑制するために推奨される電流/電力の上限を規定する出力制限値を決定し、決定した出力制限値を前記電動車両(1)内の上位の制御部(20)に通知する前記蓄電部(11)の制御部(16)と、を備え、
前記蓄電部(11)の制御部(16)は、前記上位の制御部(20)から、前記電動車両(1)の速度情報、傾き情報、及び位置情報と、前記電動車両(1)が走行中の道路情報を取得可能であり、
前記蓄電部(11)の制御部(16)は、前記電動車両(1)が坂を登るとき、前記セル(E1−En)の劣化量を許容量の範囲に抑えつつ、設定された最低速度を下回らずに前記坂を登るために必要な前記蓄電部(11)から放電すべき電流値/電力値を算出し、算出した電流値/電力値が前記出力制限値より大きい場合、前記出力制限値を前記算出した電流値/電力値に置き換えることを特徴とする電源システム(10)。
これによれば、電動車両(1)の登板時の走行性能を確保しつつ、セル(E1−En)の劣化を抑制することができる。
[項目2]
前記蓄電部(11)の制御部(16)は、現在位置から前記坂の頂上までの傾斜角および距離をもとに、前記坂の頂上到達時に前記最低速度になるように、前記蓄電部(11)から放電すべき電流値/電力値を算出することを特徴とする項目1に記載の電源システム(10)。
これによれば、最低速度を下回らず、かつセル(E1−En)の劣化を抑制しながら、電動車両(1)が坂を登ることができる。
[項目3]
前記蓄電部(11)の制御部(16)は、前記坂の最大勾配地点を通過するときの速度が、前記最低速度になるように、前記蓄電部(11)から放電すべき電流値/電力値を算出することを特徴とする項目1に記載の電源システム(10)。
これによれば、最低速度を下回らず、かつセル(E1−En)の劣化を抑制しながら、電動車両(1)が坂を登ることができる。
[項目4]
前記蓄電部(11)の制御部(16)は、前記算出した前記蓄電部(11)から放電すべき電流値/電力値に、前記セル(E1−En)の劣化量が前記許容量の範囲内において、所定の増分値を加算することを特徴とする項目2または3に記載の電源システム(10)。
これによれば、セル(E1−En)の劣化量が許容量の範囲内において、できるだけ電動車両(1)の走行性能を確保することができる。
[項目5]
前記蓄電部(11)の制御部(16)は、前記電動車両(1)が前記坂を登っているときにおいて、前記電動車両(1)の速度が前記最低速度を下回ったとき、出力制限を解除することを特徴とする項目1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電源システム(10)。
これによれば、電動車両(1)の登板時の最低限の走行性能を担保することができる。
[項目6]
電動車両(1)に搭載される電源システム(10)に含まれる管理装置(12)であって、
前記電源システム(10)に含まれる蓄電部(11)内の複数のセル(E1−En)の各電圧を測定する電圧測定部(13)と、
前記複数のセル(E1−En)に流れる電流を測定する電流測定部(15)と、
前記複数のセル(E1−En)の温度を測定する温度測定部(14)と、
前記電圧測定部(13)により測定される各セル(E1−En)の電圧、前記電流測定部(15)により測定される電流、及び前記温度測定部(14)により測定される温度をもとに、セル劣化を抑制するために推奨される電流/電力の上限を規定する出力制限値を決定し、決定した出力制限値を前記電動車両(1)内の上位の制御部(20)に通知する前記蓄電部(11)の制御部(16)と、を備え、
前記蓄電部(11)の制御部(16)は、前記上位の制御部(20)から、前記電動車両(1)の速度情報、傾き情報、及び位置情報と、前記電動車両(1)が走行中の道路情報を取得可能であり、
前記蓄電部(11)の制御部(16)は、前記電動車両(1)が坂を登るとき、前記セル(E1−En)の劣化量を許容量の範囲に抑えつつ、設定された最低速度を下回らずに前記坂を登るために必要な前記蓄電部(11)から放電すべき電流値/電力値を算出し、算出した電流値/電力値が前記出力制限値より大きい場合、前記出力制限値を前記算出した電流値/電力値に置き換えることを特徴とする管理装置(12)。
これによれば、電動車両(1)の登板時の走行性能を確保しつつ、セル(E1−En)の劣化を抑制することができる。
Claims (6)
- 電動車両に搭載される電源システムであって、
複数のセルが接続された蓄電部と、
前記複数のセルの各電圧を測定する電圧測定部と、
前記複数のセルに流れる電流を測定する電流測定部と、
前記複数のセルの温度を測定する温度測定部と、
前記電圧測定部により測定される各セルの電圧、前記電流測定部により測定される電流、及び前記温度測定部により測定される温度をもとに、セル劣化を抑制するために推奨される電流/電力の上限を規定する出力制限値を決定し、決定した出力制限値を前記電動車両内の上位の制御部に通知する前記蓄電部の制御部と、を備え、
前記蓄電部の制御部は、前記上位の制御部から、前記電動車両の速度情報、傾き情報、及び位置情報と、前記電動車両が走行中の道路情報を取得可能であり、
前記蓄電部の制御部は、前記電動車両が坂を登るとき、前記セルの劣化量を許容量の範囲に抑えつつ、設定された最低速度を下回らずに前記坂を登るために必要な前記蓄電部から放電すべき電流値/電力値を算出し、算出した電流値/電力値が前記出力制限値より大きい場合、前記出力制限値を前記算出した電流値/電力値に置き換えることを特徴とする
電源システム。 - 前記蓄電部の制御部は、現在位置から前記坂の頂上までの傾斜角および距離をもとに、前記坂の頂上到達時に前記最低速度になるように、前記蓄電部から放電すべき電流値/電力値を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源システム。
- 前記蓄電部の制御部は、前記坂の最大勾配地点を通過するときの速度が、前記最低速度になるように、前記蓄電部から放電すべき電流値/電力値を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源システム。
- 前記蓄電部の制御部は、前記算出した前記蓄電部から放電すべき電流値/電力値に、前記セルの劣化量が前記許容量の範囲内において、所定の増分値を加算することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の電源システム。
- 前記蓄電部の制御部は、前記電動車両が前記坂を登っているときにおいて、前記電動車両の速度が前記最低速度を下回ったとき、出力制限を解除することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電源システム。
- 電動車両に搭載される電源システムに含まれる管理装置であって、
前記電源システムに含まれる蓄電部内の複数のセルの各電圧を測定する電圧測定部と、
前記複数のセルに流れる電流を測定する電流測定部と、
前記複数のセルの温度を測定する温度測定部と、
前記電圧測定部により測定される各セルの電圧、前記電流測定部により測定される電流、及び前記温度測定部により測定される温度をもとに、セル劣化を抑制するために推奨される電流/電力の上限を規定する出力制限値を決定し、決定した出力制限値を前記電動車両内の上位の制御部に通知する前記蓄電部の制御部と、を備え、
前記蓄電部の制御部は、前記上位の制御部から、前記電動車両の速度情報、傾き情報、及び位置情報と、前記電動車両が走行中の道路情報を取得可能であり、
前記蓄電部の制御部は、前記電動車両が坂を登るとき、前記セルの劣化量を許容量の範囲に抑えつつ、設定された最低速度を下回らずに前記坂を登るために必要な前記蓄電部から放電すべき電流値/電力値を算出し、算出した電流値/電力値が前記出力制限値より大きい場合、前記出力制限値を前記算出した電流値/電力値に置き換えることを特徴とする管理装置。
