Claims (14)
- 基板の第1面に配置される少なくとも1つのアンテナ素子を含み、前記基板の第1面に対して、第1の角度を含む複数の角度を成す方向にそれぞれビームを形成するアレーアンテナと、
前記少なくとも1つのアンテナ素子の周囲の少なくとも一部に設けられ、前記第1の角度を成す方向の第1のビームを、前記基板に沿った方向に屈折させる側壁と、
を備える、
アンテナ装置。 - 前記アレーアンテナは、
前記少なくとも1つのアンテナ素子の励振位相を制御する移相器と、
前記移相器の位相を制御する制御回路と、
を備える、
請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記アレーアンテナは、前記基板の第1面と反対の面に反射板を有する、
請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのアンテナ素子と前記反射板との間には、絶縁層が設けられる、
請求項3に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記側壁は、前記第1のビームが入射する第1の側面と、
前記第1のビームが屈折して出射する第2の側面と、

前記基板の第1面に対する前記第1の側面の傾斜角度および前記基板の第1面に対する前記第2の側面の傾斜角度は、前記第1の角度に基づいて設定される、

請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのアンテナ素子の動作周波数は、準ミリ波帯、ミリ波帯、および、テラヘルツ帯の少なくとも1つに含まれる、
請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記側壁は、誘電体で充填されている、
請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記側壁は、少なくとも、前記基板の第1面に対して30°の角度を成す方向のビームが入射する高さを有する、
