Abstract
Description
弾力で略V字状に開脚する一対のアーム板部と、
前記アーム板部の各先端部に形成してある爪部と、
一対の前記アーム板部の長手方向に沿って移動可能に前記アーム板部に取り付けられ、前記爪部の方向に移動させることにより、一対の前記アーム板部を閉脚させる締め付けリングと、を持つクリップ本体を有する生体内留置クリップであって、
少なくともいずれか一方の前記爪部の外面に、励起光の照射により赤色ないし近赤外光を発光する蛍光色素を含む蛍光体が具備してあることを特徴とする。
まず、本発明の第1実施形態について、図1〜図5を参照して説明する。図1に示すように、本実施形態の生体内留置クリップ1は、たとえば生体内の管腔臓器内壁に取り付けられて管腔の外から位置を視認することができるマーカーとして用いられ、クリップ本体2と蛍光体3とを有する。

- 弾力で略V字状に開脚する一対のアーム板部と、
前記アーム板部の各先端部に形成してある爪部と、
一対の前記アーム板部の長手方向に沿って移動可能に前記アーム板部に取り付けられ、前記爪部の方向に移動させることにより、一対の前記アーム板部を閉脚させる締め付けリングと、を持つクリップ本体を有する生体内留置クリップであって、
少なくともいずれか一方の前記爪部の外面に、励起光の照射により赤色ないし近赤外光を発光する蛍光色素を含む蛍光体が具備してあることを特徴とする生体内留置クリップ。 - 前記蛍光体が、前記爪部から前記アーム板部の外側に突出している請求項1に記載の生体内留置クリップ。
- 前記蛍光体が、前記爪部から先端に向けて突出している請求項1または2に記載の生体内留置クリップ。
- 前記蛍光体が、前記爪部の外面から前記アーム板部の外面にまで連続して具備してある請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の生体内留置クリップ。
