Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態における栄養食品提供システム100の外観を例示する概略図である。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態として、第1実施形態で決定された栄養成分に加え、この栄養成分を補償する栄養成分である補償栄養成分をさらにサプリメントに配合する例について説明する。この例では、補償栄養成分として、利用者の目標体型への変化の実現に必要となる栄養成分がサプリメントに配合される。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態として、第1実施形態で決定された栄養成分に加え、生活習慣病を回避するための栄養成分を追加する例について以下に説明する。なお、本実施形態の成分決定装置の基本構成は第1実施形態の成分決定装置30の構成と同じである。

Claims (15)
- 利用者に対して提供される飲食物の栄養成分を決定する成分決定装置であって、
利用者の筋肉量の程度を示す筋肉指標と、当該利用者の脂肪量の程度を示す脂肪指標と、を取得する取得手段と、
前記筋肉指標と前記脂肪指標とに基づいて前記栄養成分を決定する決定手段と、
を含むことを特徴とする成分決定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の成分決定装置であって、
前記決定手段は、前記筋肉指標と前記脂肪指標とに基づいて前記利用者の体型を管理するのに必要となる前記栄養成分を算出する、
成分決定装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の成分決定装置であって、
所定の体型タイプごとに、前記利用者の体型を管理するのに必要となる前記栄養成分を対応付けて保持する保持手段をさらに含み、
前記決定手段は、
前記筋肉指標と前記脂肪指標とに基づいて前記所定の体型タイプの中から前記利用者の体型が属する体型タイプを選択する選択手段と、
前記選択手段により選択された体型タイプに基づいて、前記保持手段を参照し、当該体型タイプに対応付けられた前記栄養成分を算出する算出手段と、を含む、
成分決定装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の成分決定装置であって、
前記栄養成分は、脂肪が蓄積するのを抑制する抑制成分と、前記利用者の活力を活性化する活性化成分と、を含み、
前記決定手段は、前記脂肪指標が大きくなるほど、前記抑制成分を増加させるとともに、前記活性化成分を減少させる、
成分決定装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載の成分決定装置であって、
前記栄養成分は、筋肉を健やかに保つ健全化成分と、筋肉を増やす増量成分と、を含み、
前記決定手段は、前記筋肉指標が大きくなるほど、前記健全化成分を増加させるとともに、前記増量成分を減少させる、
成分決定装置。 - 請求項2から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の成分決定装置であって、
前記利用者が目標とする目標体型を示す体型情報を受け付ける受付手段をさらに含み、
前記決定手段は、前記利用者の体型から前記目標体型までの乖離度に基づいて、前記栄養成分を補償する補償栄養成分を決定する補償手段をさらに含む、
成分決定装置。 - 請求項6に記載の成分決定装置であって、
前記補償手段は、前記乖離度の脂肪指標成分が第1の閾値を下回る場合には、脂肪が蓄積するのを抑制する抑制成分が含まれるように、前記補償栄養成分を決定する、
成分決定装置。 - 請求項6又は請求項7に記載の成分決定装置であって、
前記補償手段は、前記乖離度の筋肉指標成分が第2の閾値を上回る場合には、筋肉を増やす増量成分が含まれるように、前記補償栄養成分を決定する、
成分決定装置。 - 請求項6から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載の成分決定装置であって、
前記栄養成分は、糖質を含み、
前記補償手段は、前記乖離度の筋肉指標成分が大きくなるほど、前記糖質の補償量を増加させる、
成分決定装置。 - 請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載の成分決定装置であって、
前記筋肉指標は、前記利用者の筋肉量又は当該筋肉量と相関するパラメータであり、
前記脂肪指標は、前記利用者の脂肪率である、
成分決定装置。 - 請求項1から請求項10までのいずれか一項に記載の成分決定装置であって、
前記決定手段は、所定の生活習慣病のリスクを特定する生体指標に基づいて、前記栄養成分として当該生体指標についての改善成分を決定する、
成分決定装置。 - 請求項11に記載の成分決定装置であって、
前記生体指標は、前記利用者の基礎代謝と内臓脂肪と骨量とのうち少なくとも一つを含み、
前記基礎代謝についての改善成分は、前記基礎代謝が活性化する成分と、血行が促進する成分とのうち少なくとも一つを含み、
前記内臓脂肪についての改善成分は、抗酸化成分と、脂肪を分解する成分と、脂質の代謝が促進する成分とのうち少なくとも一つを含み、
前記骨量についての改善成分は、骨を形成する成分と、骨の代謝を補助する成分とのうち少なくとも一つを含む、
成分決定装置。 - 請求項1から請求項12までのいずれか一項に記載の成分決定装置であって、
前記決定手段は、前記利用者の呼気、活動量及び睡眠のうち少なくとも一つの評価値に基づいて、他の栄養成分として、さらに体の調子を整える調整成分を決定する、
成分決定装置。 - 飲食物の栄養成分の配合を決定する成分決定方法であって、
利用者の筋肉量の程度を示す筋肉指標と、当該利用者の脂肪量の程度を示す脂肪指標と、を取得するステップと、
前記筋肉指標と前記脂肪指標とに基づいて前記栄養成分と当該栄養成分の成分量とを決定するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする成分決定方法。 - 飲食物の栄養成分の配合を決定するコンピュータに、
利用者の筋肉量の程度を示す筋肉指標と、当該利用者の脂肪量の程度を示す脂肪指標と、を取得するステップと、
前記筋肉指標と前記脂肪指標とに基づいて前記栄養成分と当該栄養成分の成分量とを決定するステップと、
を実行させるためのプログラム。
