Claims (3)
- 液を収容した複数のバイアルをそれぞれ底面側から挿入するために上方が開口した複数の収容穴を有し、試料温度調節装置の伝熱面上に載置されるバイアルホルダであって、
当該バイアルホルダの下部を構成し、前記収容穴に収容されたバイアルの少なくとも底面を支持して前記バイアルの底面と前記伝熱面との間で熱交換を行なわせるための熱伝導性材料からなる熱伝導性ホルダと、
当該バイアルホルダの上部を構成し、前記熱伝導性ホルダの上面と接して当該上面を覆うように配置され、前記収容穴の少なくとも一部をそれぞれ構成する複数の貫通孔を有する非熱伝導性材料からなる非熱伝導性ホルダと、を備えた冷却温調用のバイアルホルダ。 - 前記熱伝導性ホルダの側面が断熱性シートによって覆われている、請求項1に記載のバイアルホルダ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のバイアルホルダを載置させ、載置されたバイアルホルダの熱伝導性ホルダと接して該熱伝導性ホルダに熱を伝える伝熱面を有する伝熱部材と、
前記伝熱部材を冷却する冷却素子と、を備えた試料温度調節装置。
