Claims (6)
- 荷電粒子ビームの照射領域に敷き均された粉末材料に対し前記荷電粒子ビームを照射して前記粉末材料の予備加熱を行った後に、前記粉末材料に前記荷電粒子ビームを照射し前記粉末材料を溶融させて三次元の物体の造形を行う三次元造形装置において、
前記荷電粒子ビームを出射し、前記荷電粒子ビームを前記粉末材料に照射させるビーム出射部を備え、
前記ビーム出射部は、前記予備加熱を行う場合、第一方向に向けた照射経路に沿って前記荷電粒子ビームを照射させた後、前記第一方向に向けた照射経路から所定の距離を隔てて設定され前記第一方向と逆方向の第二方向に向けた照射経路に沿って前記荷電粒子ビームを照射させる、
三次元造形装置。 - 前記所定の距離は、少なくとも一つの照射経路を飛び越した距離である、
請求項1に記載の三次元造形装置。 - 前記ビーム出射部は、前記第一方向に向けた第一照射経路に沿って前記荷電粒子ビームを照射した後に、前記第二方向に向けた第二照射経路に沿った前記荷電粒子ビームの照射を行い、さらに前記第一方向又は前記第二方向に向けた第三照射経路に沿った前記荷電粒子ビームの照射を行い、
前記第一照射経路から前記第二照射経路までの距離は、前記第一照射経路から前記第三照射経路までの距離よりも大きい、
請求項1又は2に記載の三次元造形装置。 - 前記ビーム出射部に制御信号を出力する制御部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記ビーム出射部が、前記予備加熱を行う場合、第一方向に向けた照射経路に沿って前記荷電粒子ビームを照射させた後、前記第一方向に向けた照射経路から所定の距離を隔てて設定され前記第一方向と逆方向の第二方向に向けた照射経路に沿って前記荷電粒子ビームを照射するように、前記ビーム出射部に対して前記制御信号を出力する、
請求項1に記載の三次元造形装置。 - 荷電粒子ビームの照射領域に敷き均された粉末材料に対し前記荷電粒子ビームを照射する予備加熱工程を行い、前記予備加熱工程の後に前記粉末材料に前記荷電粒子ビームを照射し前記粉末材料を溶融させる物体の造形工程を行う三次元造形方法において、
前記予備加熱工程において、第一方向に向けた照射経路に沿って前記荷電粒子ビームが照射された後、前記第一方向に向けた照射経路から所定の距離を隔てて設定され前記第一方向と逆方向の第二方向に向けた照射経路に沿って前記荷電粒子ビームが照射される、
三次元造形方法。 - 荷電粒子ビームの照射領域に敷き均された粉末材料に対し前記荷電粒子ビームを照射する予備加熱工程と、
前記予備加熱工程の後に前記粉末材料に前記荷電粒子ビームを照射し前記粉末材料を溶融させる物体の造形工程と、を有し、
前記予備加熱工程において、第一方向に向けた照射経路に沿って前記荷電粒子ビームが照射された後、前記第一方向に向けた照射経路から所定の距離を隔てて設定され前記第一方向と逆方向の第二方向に向けた照射経路に沿って前記荷電粒子ビームが照射される、三次元造形方法。
