Claims (6)
- 液体である移動相を収容する移動相容器の前記移動相に端部が浸漬された吸引用配管を介して前記移動相容器から前記移動相を吸引して送液する送液ポンプと、
前記移動相の流れる経路上における前記送液ポンプよりも上流の位置に設けられ、前記移動相中の溶解物質を吸着させる性質をもつ充填剤が充填された少なくとも1つの溶解物質除去フィルタと、を備えた送液装置。 - 前記溶解物質除去フィルタは、前記吸引用配管の前記端部に設けられたサクションフィルタ内に前記充填剤が充填されたものを含む、請求項1に記載の送液装置。
- 複数の前記溶解物質除去フィルタが前記移動相の流れる経路に沿って直列に設けられている、請求項1又は2に記載の送液装置。
- 複数の前記溶解物質除去フィルタは互いに異なる溶解物質を吸着させる性質をもつ充填剤が充填されたものである、請求項3に記載の送液装置。
- 前記充填剤は、活性炭、シリカゲル、ポリマー、表面に官能基が修飾されたシリカゲル又は表面に官能基が修飾されたポリマーのいずれかである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の送液装置。
- 分析流路と、
前記分析流路中において移動相を送液する請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の送液装置と、
前記分析流路中に試料を注入する試料注入部と、
前記分析流路上における前記試料注入部よりも下流の位置に設けられ、前記試料注入部により前記分析流路中に注入された試料を成分ごとに分離する分析カラムと、
前記分析流路上における前記分析カラムよりも下流の位置に設けられ、前記分析カラムで分離した試料成分を検出するための検出器と、を備えた液体クロマトグラフ。
