Claims (5)
- ボディに設けられた流体流路を開閉する弁体と、
弁体を移動させるアクチュエータ部とを備える流体調整弁であって、
アクチュエータ部は、
駆動用モータと、
前記モータの回動により移動するスライダと、
前記スライダに取り付けられた筒状体と、
前記筒状体に連動し、先端に前記弁体が固定されているシャフトと、
を有し、
前記モータは、ステッピングサーボモータであり、
エンコーダの信号によるクローズドループによってトルク値が設定値以上になるまで連続定格トルク以下で前記弁体を閉鎖方向に移動させる押し当て制御機能を有しており、
閉鎖位置の検知は、前記押し当て制御機能によって行われることを特徴とする流量調整弁。 - スライダと筒状体が一体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体調整弁。
- 前記モータは、さらにエンコーダの信号によるクローズドループによって位置を制御する位置制御および回転体の回転速度を制御する速度制御機能を有しており、
所定開度の設定は、前記位置制御機能および前記速度制御機能によって行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流量調整弁。 - 前記モータは、前記閉鎖位置の検知時および前記所定開度の設定時には、前記トルク制御機能によってトルク異常が判定される請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の流量調整弁。
- 開度が所定の値に設定される流量調整弁をそれぞれ有する複数のラインを備えた流体制御装置であって、複数のラインの各流量調整弁が請求項1から4までのいずれかに記載の流量調整弁とされるとともに、前記各流量調整弁の前記モータの動作量が通信手段で接続された監視装置によって監視されていることを特徴とする流体制御装置。
