Claims (6)
- 所定の2次元領域を充填するように配列された複数の金属片と、
前記複数の金属片のうちの隣接する二つの金属片の間に設けられたスイッチと、を備え、
前記隣接する二つの金属片にそれぞれ設けられ、前記隣接する二つの金属片より小さな二つの導体部を介して、前記隣接する二つの金属片に前記スイッチが接続された電磁界分布調整装置。 - 前記二つの金属片の距離が、マイクロ波の波長の1/2以下である請求項1に記載の電磁界分布調整装置。
- 前記スイッチが、前記導体部より小さく、降伏電圧特性を有するダイオードである請求項1に記載の電磁界分布調整装置。
- 前記ダイオードが、電磁波によって順方向のバイアスが印加された場合に200Ω以下のインピーダンスを有し、前記電磁波によって逆方向のバイアスが印加された場合に800Ω以上のインピーダンスを有する請求項3記載の電磁界分布調整装置。
- 前記電磁波によって順方向のバイアスが印加された場合、前記ダイオードの等価回路が、3Ωの抵抗と1.6nHのインダクタンスとを有する直列回路であり、前記電磁波によって逆方向のバイアスが印加された場合、前記ダイオードの等価回路が、10MΩの抵抗と0.22pFのキャパシタンスとを有する並列回路である請求項4に記載の電磁界分布調整装置。
- 被加熱物を収容する加熱室と、
マイクロ波を生成するように構成されたマイクロ波発生器と、
前記マイクロ波を前記加熱室まで導くように構成された導波管と、
前記加熱室内の壁面の少なくとも一部の2次元領域に設けられた、請求項1に記載の電磁界分布調整装置と、
を備えたマイクロ波加熱装置。
