Abstract
本発明は、船舶1に搭載された、二重管構造の供給管31およびベント管32を有するディーゼルエンジン3にガス燃料を供給するためのガス燃料配管システム10であって、ディーゼルエンジン3へガス燃料を送るための供給用配管21と、ディーゼルエンジン3からベントガスを送るためのベント用配管22と、機関室2内において、供給用配管21を覆う第1ダクト26と、ベント用配管22を覆う第2ダクト27とを備える。供給管31の供給用外筒312およびベント管32のベント用外筒322は、第1ダクト26または第2ダクト27の内部まで延びており、供給用外筒312の端部には、第1ダクト26または第2ダクト27内において、破裂板40が設けられている。

Claims (4)
- 供給用内筒と供給用外筒とからなる二重管構造の供給管、および、ベント用内筒とベント用外筒とからなる二重管構造のベント管を有するディーゼルエンジンを主機または補機として搭載した船舶のディーゼルエンジンにガス燃料を供給するためのガス配管システムであって、
前記ガス燃料を貯蔵する燃料タンクから前記ディーゼルエンジンの前記供給用内筒へ前記ガス燃料を送るための供給用配管と、
前記ディーゼルエンジンの前記ベント用内筒から前記船舶の機関室外へベントガスを送るためのベント用配管と、
前記機関室内において、前記供給用配管を覆う第1ダクトと、
前記機関室内において、前記ベント用配管を覆う第2ダクトと、を備え、
前記供給用外筒および前記ベント用外筒は、前記第1ダクトまたは前記第2ダクトの内部まで延びており、
前記供給用外筒の端部には、前記第1ダクトまたは前記第2ダクト内において、破裂板が設けられているガス配管システム。 - 前記供給用外筒の、前記破裂板と前記ディーゼルエンジンとの間には、排気管が連通しており、
前記排気管の先端には、前記供給用外筒内の気体を流動させる外筒用排気ファンが取り付けられている請求項1に記載のガス配管システム。 - 前記第1ダクトおよび前記第2ダクトは、一端側で連通孔を介して連通しており、
前記第1ダクトおよび前記第2ダクトの一方は、他端側に船外と連通するダクト用通気孔を有し、
前記第1ダクトおよび前記第2ダクトの他方は、他端側に前記第1ダクトおよび前記第2ダクト内の気体を流動させるダクト用排気ファンを備える請求項1または2に記載のガス配管システム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガス配管システムを搭載した船舶。
