- 一方向に延びる中心軸に沿って配置されるモータシャフトおよび前記モータシャフトに固定されるロータコアを有するロータと、
前記ロータと径方向に隙間を介して対向するステータと、
前記ロータおよび前記ステータを収容するとともにオイルを貯留可能な収容部を有するハウジングと、
前記モータシャフトを介して駆動されるポンプ部と、
を備え、
前記ポンプ部は、
前記モータシャフトの軸方向一方側の端部に固定される外歯歯車と、
前記外歯歯車の径方向外側を囲み、前記外歯歯車と噛み合う内歯歯車と、
前記内歯歯車および前記外歯歯車を収容するポンプ室と、
前記ポンプ室内にオイルを吸入可能な吸入口と、
前記ポンプ室内からオイルを吐出可能な吐出口と、
を有し、
前記ハウジングは、前記ポンプ室が設けられる外蓋部を有し、
前記外蓋部は、
前記ポンプ室の軸方向他方側の面から前記外蓋部の軸方向他方側の面まで前記外蓋部を貫通し、前記モータシャフトが通されるシャフト挿入孔と、
前記ポンプ室の軸方向他方側の面の少なくとも一部および前記シャフト挿入孔の径方向内側面の少なくとも一部を構成する支持部と、
を有し、
前記支持部は、前記モータシャフトの径方向外側において前記モータシャフトを回転可能に支持する、駆動装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記吐出口と繋がる第1油路を有し、
前記モータシャフトは、
前記モータシャフトの内部に設けられ、前記第1油路と繋がる第2油路と、
前記第2油路と前記モータシャフトの外周面とを繋ぎ、前記収容部の内部に繋がる第1貫通孔と、
を有する、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記モータシャフトは、前記第2油路と前記モータシャフトの外周面とを繋ぐ第2貫通孔を有し、
前記第2貫通孔は、前記モータシャフトのうち前記支持部と径方向に対向する部分の外周面に開口する、請求項2に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記モータシャフトは、
前記ロータコアが固定されるモータシャフト本体と、
前記モータシャフト本体の軸方向一方側に固定され、前記外歯歯車が固定される取付部材と、
を有し、
前記支持部は、前記取付部材を回転可能に支持する、請求項2または3に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記モータシャフト本体は、前記モータシャフト本体の軸方向一方側の端部から軸方向他方側に延びる穴部を有し、
前記取付部材は、前記穴部に嵌め合わされて固定され、軸方向両側に開口する筒状であり、
前記第2油路は、前記取付部材の内部と前記穴部とが軸方向に繋がって構成され、前記取付部材の内部を介して前記第1油路と繋がる、請求項4に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記ロータは、前記モータシャフトに嵌め合わされて固定される円筒状のブッシュを有し、
前記ブッシュの少なくとも一部は、前記支持部と前記モータシャフトとの径方向の間に配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記支持部は、前記モータシャフトの径方向外側を囲む環状である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記モータシャフトにおける前記外歯歯車が固定された部分は、軸方向他方側から軸方向一方側に向かって外径が大きくなった拡径部であり、前記支持部の軸方向一方側に対向して配置される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記拡径部と前記支持部との軸方向の間には、隙間が設けられる、請求項8に記載の駆動装置。
