Abstract
Description
図1は、車両用のフロントガラスを例示する図であり、図1(a)はフロントガラスを車室内から車室外に視認した様子を模式的に示した図であり、図1(b)は図1(a)のA−A線に沿う断面図である。
上記の合わせガラスの製造方法を用いて、フロントガラス10のサンプルを、中間接着層13(配線16が形成されている側)の厚みT1及び中間接着層14(配線16が形成されていない側)の厚みT2を変えて9種類作製した。中間接着層13及び14としてはPVBを用い、基材15としては厚さ0.05mmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを用いた。又、配線16の材料としては銅を用い、線幅が13μmの正弦波形状が間隔2.5mmで複数列並置されて互いに直列接続された形状とした。

Claims (9)
- 互いに対向する1対のガラス板と、
前記1対のガラス板の間に位置し、前記1対のガラス板にそれぞれ接する1対の中間接着層と、
前記1対の中間接着層の間に位置し、少なくとも一部の領域に配線を備える基材と、を備える合わせガラスであって、
一方の前記中間接着層の厚みが他方の前記中間接着層の厚みより薄く、且つ、薄い方の前記中間接着層の厚みが0.20mm以下であることを特徴とする合わせガラス。 - 厚い方の前記中間接着層の厚みが0.38mm以上2.28mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対の中間接着層の厚みの比率が、1:7以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 薄い方の前記中間接着層は前記配線に接する側に配置され、厚い方の前記中間接着層は前記配線に接しない側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対の中間接着層の厚みが前記配線の存在しない領域においては略等しいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対の中間接着層のうち、少なくとも前記配線に接する側に配置された中間接着層は可塑剤を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記配線の線幅が5〜30umであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記配線のパターンが一方向に配列された複数の導電細線であって、前記複数の導電細線が互いに離間して交わることなく延伸していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対のガラス板の少なくとも一方の厚みが、1.8mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
