Abstract
Description
包装材製造装置10により、幅が1.5mの青果物用包装材11を製造し、2000mの長さを巻取機17により巻き取り、実施例1〜14とした。ドープ12の処方は下記の通りである。下記の固形分とは、青果物用包装材11を構成する固体成分である。

上記14日間の静置後、冷蔵庫から青果物用包装袋を取り出し、青果物用包装袋内の結露の程度を目視で観察した。評価の基準は以下の通りである。A,Bは合格、Cは不合格である。各評価結果は表1の「結露」欄に示す。
A:結露が認められない。
B:結露は認められるものの、薄く曇っている程度である。
C:水滴が認められる。
上記静置後のブロッコリの花蕾と茎の切り口とを目視で観察することにより変色の程度を評価した。評価の基準は以下の通りである。A,Bは合格、Cは不合格である。各評価結果は表1の「変色」欄に示す。
A:包装開始時と色が変わっていない。
B:少し変色は認められるものの、花蕾はわずかに黄色い程度、かつ、茎の切り口の変色もごくわずかな程度である。
C:花蕾が黄色く、茎の切り口が茶色である。
上記静置後のブロッコリの質量を測定した。その測定値をMB(単位はg)とする。青果物用包装袋によって包装される前のブロッコリの質量(200g)を基準にし、減少した質量の割合を{(200−MB)/200}×100の算出式により百分率で求めた。求めた結果は、表1の「重量減少」欄に示す。
青果物用包装材11から青果物用包装袋をつくる際のヒートシールにおける接着のしやすさと、接着力の程度とを、「ヒートシール性」として以下の基準により評価した。5,4,3は合格、2,1は不合格である。各評価結果は表1の「ヒートシール性」欄に示す。
5:ヒートシールにより接着し、かつ、接着した部分であるシール部は青果物を通常に出し入れする際に十分な接着力を有し剥がれず、少し強く引っ張っても剥がれない。
4:ヒートシールにより接着し、かつ、シール部は青果物を通常に出し入れする際に十分な接着力を有し剥がれないが、少し強く引っ張られた場合に剥がれる。
3:ヒートシールにより接着し、かつ、青果物を丁寧に出し入れする際に接着力を有し、密封評価可能である。
2:ヒートシールにより接着するが、シール部は青果物を出し入れする際に剥がれる場合が多く、密封評価が困難である。
1:ヒートシールにより接着しない。
上記14日間の静置後、冷蔵庫から青果物用包装袋を取り出し、青果物用包装袋における変形と変形が進行することにより見えるしわとを以下の基準で評価した。5,4,3は合格、2,1は不合格である。各評価結果は表1の「変形・しわ」欄に示す。
5:青果物用包装袋に変形がまったく認められない。
4:青果物用包装袋に変形が青果物用包装袋の一部にわずかに認められる程度である。
3:青果物用包装袋の一部に変形としわとが認められるものの、実用上問題無い。
2:青果物用包装袋の全体に変形としわとが認められる。
1:青果物用包装袋の全体に変形としわとの両方が強く認められる。
A:目視で観察したところ、カビの発生が認められない
B:目視で観察したところ、カビの発生が認められる。
青果物用包装袋として、住友ベークライト(株)製のP−プラス(登録商標)(ジッパー付き、サイズはM,295mm×220mm,厚み40μm)を用いた場合を比較例1とした。三井化学東セロ(株)製のスパッシュ(登録商標)(チャック無し、サイズは200mm×300mm、厚みは25μm、パンチ穴有り)を用いた場合を比較例2とした。比較例2においては、ブロッコリを入れた青果物用包装袋の1辺を開放した状態で、冷蔵庫に静置した。東洋紡(株)製のF&G(登録商標)防曇フィルム11号(サイズ200mm×300mm、厚み20μm)を用いた場合を比較例3とした。比較例3においてはブロッコリを入れた青果物用包装袋の1辺を接着テープで密封した状態で、冷蔵庫に静置した。比較例4としてフタムラ化学(株)製の普通セロハンPL#500、比較例5として表1に示したセルロースアシレートによる220mm×300mmの大きさの包装袋を用いた。青果物用包装袋を用いずに、すなわちブロッコリを包装しない状態で冷蔵庫に静置し、比較例6とした。その他の条件は実施例と同じである。

Claims (7)
- セルロースアシレートを含み、
前記セルロースアシレートのアシル基置換度が2.00以上2.97以下の範囲内である青果物用包装材。 - 前記セルロースアシレートはアセチル基を有する請求項1に記載の青果物用包装材。
- 25℃、相対湿度80%での平衡含水率と、25℃、相対湿度55%での平衡含水率との差が0.5%以上3.5%以下の範囲内である請求項1または2に記載の青果物用包装材。
- 25℃、相対湿度55%での平衡含水率が1%以上4%以下の範囲内である請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の青果物用包装材。
- 単糖のエステル誘導体と、多糖のエステル誘導体と、エステルオリゴマーと、アクリルポリマーとの少なくともいずれかひとつを含む請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の青果物用包装材。
- 前記エステルオリゴマーは、分子量が500以上10000以下の範囲内の脂肪族エステルオリゴマーである請求項5に記載の青果物用包装材。
- 前記単糖のエステル誘導体と、前記多糖のエステル誘導体と、前記エステルオリゴマーとの質量の和は、前記セルロースアシレートの質量を100とするときに5以上30以下の範囲内である請求項5または6に記載の青果物用包装材。
