Claims (8)
- 高炉の送風管に設けられた取付部に取付可能な筒状部材と、
前記筒状部材の内部に回転自在に収容され、その基端部分から内部に燃料が供給される中空形状の回転部材と、
前記回転部材における前記高炉側の端縁に着脱自在に取り付けられ、その先端部分から燃料が前記高炉内に供給されるパイプ部材と、
前記筒状部材に着脱自在に取付可能となっており、前記回転部材を前記筒状部材の内部に収容する蓋部材と、
を備え、
前記筒状部材の内部には第1シール面が設けられており、
前記回転部材には、前記筒状部材の内部に収容されたときに前記第1シール面に接触することにより当該第1シール面との間でシールする第2シール面が設けられている、燃料供給装置。 - 前記回転部材の内部に供給される燃料は微粉炭、廃プラスチック、水素ガスまたは重油である、請求項1記載の燃料供給装置。
- 前記回転部材の前記第2シール面を前記筒状部材の前記第1シール面に向かって付勢する付勢部材を更に備えた、請求項1または2記載の燃料供給装置。
- 前記付勢部材はスプリングであり、当該スプリングの圧縮状態からの復元力によって前記回転部材の前記第2シール面が前記筒状部材の前記第1シール面に向かって付勢されるようになっている、請求項3記載の燃料供給装置。
- 前記筒状部材の内面には第1被係合部が設けられており、
前記蓋部材には前記第1被係合部に係合可能な第1係合部が設けられている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料供給装置。 - 前記パイプ部材の基端部分には第2係合部が設けられており、
前記回転部材には前記第2係合部に係合される第2被係合部が設けられている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の燃料供給装置。 - 前記回転部材を回転させるための操作部が当該回転部材に取り付けられている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の燃料供給装置。
- 前記筒状部材と前記蓋部材とを係合状態でロックするロック部が設けられている、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の燃料供給装置。
