Claims (13)
- 化学物質を含む試料が流れ方向に流れるように構成された流路と、
前記流路を複数の吸着セルに区画するセル壁と、
を備え、
前記複数の吸着セルのそれぞれは、
前記セル壁に配置される第一の電極と、
前記第一の電極と離間して前記セル壁に配置される第二の電極と、
前記化学物質を吸着する吸着材と、
を有し、
前記吸着材は金属酸化物を含み、
前記吸着材は、前記第一の電極と前記第二の電極とが前記吸着材を介して電気的に接続されるように、前記第一の電極と前記第二の電極とに接触する位置に配置されている、化学物質濃縮器。 - 前記吸着材を冷却する冷却部をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の化学物質濃縮器。
- 前記セル壁には、前記流れ方向に延びる貫通孔が設けられている、請求項1に記載の化学物質濃縮器。
- 前記吸着材は複数のナノワイヤを有する、請求項1に記載の化学物質濃縮器。
- 前記複数のナノワイヤの長さは1μm以上100μm以下である、請求項4に記載の化学物質濃縮器。
- 前記複数の吸着セルのそれぞれの吸着セルにおいて前記セル壁は、前記それぞれの吸着セルに面する第一の壁面と、前記それぞれの吸着セルに面してかつ前記それぞれの吸着セルを介して前記第一の壁面に対向する第二の壁面とを有し、
前記第一の電極は、前記第一の壁面に設けられ、
前記第二の電極は、前記第二の壁面に設けられ、
前記複数のナノワイヤのそれぞれは、前記第一の電極と接触する第一の端部と、前記第二の電極と接触する第二の端部とを有する、請求項4に記載の化学物質濃縮器。 - 前記複数の吸着セルのそれぞれの吸着セルにおいて前記セル壁は、前記それぞれの吸着セルに面する第一の壁面と、前記それぞれの吸着セルに面してかつ前記それぞれの吸着セルを介して前記第一の壁面に対向する第二の壁面とを有し、
前記吸着材と前記第一の電極と前記第二の電極とは前記第一の壁面に設けられている、請求項1に記載の化学物質濃縮器。 - 前記吸着材は前記第二の壁面から離れている、請求項7に記載の化学物質濃縮器。
- 前記セル壁は、前記流路を前記複数の吸着セルと、前記吸着材と前記第一の電極と前記第二の電極とが内部に設けられていない複数の空洞セルとに区画する、 請求項1に記載の化学物質濃縮器。
- 前記複数の吸着セルはハニカム構造を構成する、請求項1に記載の化学物質濃縮器。
- 前記第一の電極と前記第二の電極とのそれぞれと前記セル壁との間に設けられた断熱層をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の化学物質濃縮器。
- 前記吸着材は、前記吸着した化学物質を脱離させて、前記試料中で前記化学物質を濃縮する、請求項1に記載の化学物質濃縮器。
- 請求項1に記載の化学物質濃縮器と、
前記化学物質を検出する検出素子と、
を備え、
前記化学物質濃縮器は前記化学物質を濃縮し、
前記検出素子は、前記濃縮された化学物質を検出する、化学物質検出器。
