Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 形状記憶合金からなる複数本のワイヤを配列した基本体を、丸棒からなる巻芯に対し、配列方向に間隔を存して螺旋巻きにして横断面形状が真円形状の第1の螺旋体を形成する工程と、
該第1の螺旋体を加熱して第1の形状記憶処理を施す工程と、
該第1の螺旋体を第1の所定の長さに裁断する工程と、
裁断された該第1の螺旋体から該巻芯を除去する工程と、
該巻芯が除去された該第1の螺旋体を真円形状の直径方向に圧縮して、横断面形状が扁平形状の第2の螺旋体を形成する工程と、
該第2の螺旋体を加熱して第2の形状記憶処理を施す工程とを備えることを特徴とする医療用線状部材の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の医療用線状部材の製造方法において、前記第2の形状記憶処理が施こされた前記第2の螺旋体を第2の所定の長さに裁断する工程を備えることを特徴とする医療用線状部材の製造方法。
- 請求項1記載の医療用線状部材の製造方法において、前記第1の螺旋体の圧縮は、前記第1の形状記憶処理により加熱された該第1の螺旋体を加熱された状態のまま基台上に配置し、上方から圧縮部材を押圧することにより行うことを特徴とする医療用線状部材の製造方法。
- 請求項3記載の医療用線状部材の製造方法において、前記圧縮部材の押圧は該圧縮部材を前記第1の螺旋体方向に付勢するばね部材により行うことを特徴とする医療用線状部材の製造方法。
