Abstract
Description
一旦、処置対象の生体組織に対して処置領域24を近接させた状態で、処置対象の生体組織に対して、切開や剥離を行うことができるとともに血管が露出したとしても、処置領域24を近接させた状態を維持しつつ、血管を封止できる。血管を封止した後、処置領域24を処置対象の生体組織に近接させた状態を維持しながら、切開や剥離等の処置を進めることができる。したがって、処置対象の生体組織に対して、交換することなく、1つの処置具12で処置を進めることができる。このため、処置時間の短縮を図ることができ、処置対象の生体組織の処置性を大きく向上させることができる。
第1部材42の第1接触面52が傾斜面として形成されているので、例えば処置領域24を長手軸Lに沿って先端側に移動させたとき、第1接触面52は、例えば血管を第1部材42と第2部材44との間に容易に案内することができる。
図4に示すように、第1部材42の第1接触面52には、電気絶縁性を有する突起52aが配置されている。突起52aは第1部材42の作用部42bのうち、長手軸Lに沿って長い軸部42aに対する遠位端42cの近傍に配置されていることが好適である。この突起52aの存在によっても、第1部材42及び第2部材44が開位置にあるときに、血管が、第1部材42の第1接触面52と第2部材44の第2接触面62との間に入り込むことを許容する。一方、第1部材42及び第2部材44が閉位置にあるときに、突起52aにより、第1部材42の第1接触面52と第2部材44の第2接触面62との間から、意図せず逃げるのを抑制することができる。また、突起52aは、第1接触面52と第2接触面62との距離を保つスペーサとして用いることができる。
Claims (11)
- 先端と基端とにより長手軸を規定するシースと、
生体組織に接触する第1接触面を有する第1部材と、前記第1接触面よりも基端側で前記第1接触面と対向し前記生体組織に接触する第2接触面を有する第2部材とを有し、前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面の間に挟持した生体組織にエネルギを付加することで前記生体組織を凝固可能な第1処置部と、
前記第1部材及び前記第2部材の少なくとも一方を前記長手軸に沿って移動させ、前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面が近接した閉位置と、前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面が離間した開位置とに切り替える移動機構と、
前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面が前記閉位置に位置しているときに前記第1処置部よりも前記長手軸に沿って先端側に位置し、前記生体組織にエネルギを付加することで前記生体組織を切開又は剥離させる第2処置部と
を有する処置具。 - 前記第2処置部は、前記生体組織に対してモノポーラ型処置を行うことが可能であり、
前記第1部材は、前記第1接触面に対する裏面が電気的に絶縁されている請求項1に記載の処置具。 - 前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面はそれぞれ導電性を有し、前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面の間に高周波エネルギを流すことで前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面の間に挟持した前記生体組織に対してバイポーラ処置して前記生体組織を凝固可能であり、
前記第2処置部は導電性を有し、前記生体組織に対してモノポーラ処置して前記生体組織を切開又は剥離させることが可能である、請求項1に記載の処置具。 - 前記第1処置部の前記第1接触面と前記第2処置部は、同電位である、請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記第2処置部は、前記第1処置部の前記第1部材とは別体である、請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記第2処置部は、前記第1処置部の前記第1部材に対して前記長手軸に沿って先端側に突出可能である、請求項5に記載の処置具。
- 前記第2処置部は、前記第1処置部の前記第1部材と一体的に形成され、前記第1部材に対して前記長手軸に沿って先端側に突出している、請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面の少なくとも一方は、前記生体組織に熱エネルギを付加するヒータを有する、請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記第1部材と前記第2部材とを近接させる方向に付勢する付勢体を有する、請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面の少なくとも一方は、前記長手軸に対して平行な状態と前記長手軸に対して直交する状態との間の状態に傾斜している、請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面は、互いに平行である、請求項10に記載の処置具。
