Claims (12)
- 誘電体フィルムおよび電極膜が巻回された巻回体と、該巻回体の軸長方向に位置する一対の端面にそれぞれ設けられた一対の外部電極と、を具備し、
前記誘電体フィルムは、幅方向の一端側に、前記誘電体フィルムの長手方向に連続して設けられた無電極部を備え、
前記電極膜は、前記幅方向の他端側の表面に第1凸状部を有し、該第1凸状部は、前記幅方向に延びる紐状である、フィルムコンデンサ。 - 複数の前記第1凸状部が、前記長手方向に所定間隔で配置されている、請求項1に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 前記電極膜が、前記他端側の表面に第2凸状部をさらに有し、該第2凸状部は、枝分かれした形状を有する、請求項1または2に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 前記第2凸状部が、前記第1凸状部に接している、請求項3に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 前記第2凸状部が、前記第1凸状部に接する部位を起点として延びている、請求項4に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 前記第2凸状部が、結晶である、請求項3乃至5のうちいずれかに記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 前記第1凸状部が、結晶である、請求項1乃至6のうちいずれかに記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 前記電極膜は、前記幅方向の他端側の端部の厚さが、前記幅方向の中央部の厚さよりも厚い、請求項1乃至7のうちいずれかに記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 請求項1乃至8のうちいずれかに記載のフィルムコンデンサが、バスバーにより複数個接続されている、連結型コンデンサ。
- スイッチング素子により構成されるブリッジ回路と、該ブリッジ回路に接続された容量部とを備えているインバータであって、前記容量部が請求項1乃至8のうちいずれかに記載のフィルムコンデンサである、インバータ。
- スイッチング素子により構成されるブリッジ回路と、該ブリッジ回路に接続された容量部とを備えているインバータであって、前記容量部が請求項9に記載の連結型コンデンサである、インバータ。
- 電源と、該電源に接続されたインバータと、該インバータに接続されたモータと、該モータにより駆動する車輪と、を備えている電動車両であって、前記インバータが請求項10または請求項11に記載のインバータである、電動車輌。
