Claims (3)
- 厚さ方向に複数の貫通孔を有する細胞捕捉フィルタに対して被検液を通過させることにより、細胞捕捉フィルタの一方の面上に前記被検液に含まれる単離対象の細胞を捕捉する細胞捕捉ステップと、
前記細胞捕捉ステップにおいて前記細胞が捕捉された前記細胞捕捉フィルタの一方の面上に刺激応答性ハイドロゲルを導入し、当該刺激応答性ハイドロゲルにより前記細胞を包埋するゲル包埋ステップと、
前記細胞を包埋した前記刺激応答性ハイドロゲルに対して刺激を与えることで、当該刺激応答性ハイドロゲルを硬化させるゲル硬化ステップと、
前記ゲル硬化ステップにおいて硬化した前記刺激応答性ハイドロゲルを前記細胞捕捉フィルタから剥離する剥離ステップと、
を含む細胞単離方法。 - 前記ゲル硬化ステップにおいて、前記細胞を包埋した前記刺激応答性ハイドロゲルのうち単離対象の前記細胞の周囲のみを局所的に硬化させる請求項1に記載の細胞単離方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の細胞単離方法に用いられる細胞捕捉フィルタであって、
前記一方の面側において隣接する前記貫通孔間の距離が80μm以上である細胞捕捉フィルタ。
