Claims (10)
- 電力系統の安定度を推定して制御する系統安定化制御装置であって、
前記電力系統から潮流量を含む系統情報を収集する収集部と、
前記系統情報に基づいて故障監視点における電制量を演算し、前記潮流量と前記電制量に基づいて相関直線を推定する演算部と、を備え、
前記演算部は、
前記相関直線に基づいて、前記電力系統に接続する発電機の発電機内部相差角と前記潮流量の関係である電力相差角曲線を求め、前記電力相差角曲線における前記発電機の加速エネルギーと減速エネルギーの量に基づいて安定度限界潮流量を求め、前記安定限界潮流量に対応する安定限界電制量を求め、前記安定限界電制量及び前記安定限界潮流量からなる安定限界点を含めて前記相関直線を推定することを特徴とする系統安定化制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の系統安定化制御装置は、
前記電力相差角曲線の履歴情報を保存した保存部を更に備え、
前記演算部は、
前記安定限界潮流量に最も近い潮流量を持つ第二の電力相差角曲線を前記保存部から選択し、前記第二の電力相差角曲線を用いて前記電力相差角曲線の曲線係数を補正することを特徴とする系統安定化制御装置。 - 請求項2記載の系統安定化制御装置であって、
前記演算部は、
前記補正後の電力相差角曲線から前記安定度限界潮流量及び前記安定限界電制量からなる安定限界点を求め、前記安定限界点を含めて前記相関直線を推定することを特徴とする系統安定化制御装置。 - 請求項2記載の系統安定化制御装置であって、
前記演算部は、
前記保存部に蓄積した電制情報に基づいて、電制効果の高い発電機を選択して前記安定限界電制量を求めることを特徴とする系統安定化制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の系統安定化制御装置であって、
前記演算部は、系統事故発生前の潮流量に基づいて前記発電機の加速エネルギーと減速エネルギーの量を求め、前記安定度限界潮流量を求めることを特徴とする系統安定化制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の系統安定化制御装置であって、
前記演算部は、前記潮流量に対する前記電制量の単数又は複数データを所定区分ごとにおける代表点で求めることを特徴とする系統安定化制御装置。 - 請求項6記載の系統安定化制御装置であって、
前記代表点の最小二乗法により前記相関直線を推定することを特徴とする系統安定化制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の系統安定化制御装置は、
前記電制情報及び前記相関直線に係る傾きと切片の定数情報に基づいて、前記発電機に対して遮断指令を送信する遮断制御部を更に備えることを特徴とする系統安定化制御装置。 - 電力系統の安定度を推定して制御する系統安定化制御方法であって、前記電力系統から潮流量を含む系統情報を収集し、前記系統情報に基づいて故障監視点における電制量を演算し、前記潮流量と前記電制量から推定した前記相関直線に基づいて、前記電力系統に接続する発電機の発電機内部相差角と前記潮流量の関係である電力相差角曲線を求め、前記電力相差角曲線における前記発電機の加速エネルギーと減速エネルギーの量に基づいて安定度限界潮流量を求め、前記安定限界潮流量に対応する安定限界電制量を求め、前記安定限界電制量及び前記安定限界潮流量からなる安定限界点を含めて前記相関直線を推定することを特徴とする系統安定化制御方法。
- 請求項9記載の系統安定化制御方法であって、
前記安定限界潮流量に最も近い潮流量を持つ第二の電力相差角曲線を前記電力相差角曲線の履歴情報から選択し、前記第二の電力相差角曲線を用いて前記電力相差角曲線の曲線係数を補正することを特徴とする系統安定化制御方法。
