Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 管状部材に外装される外装管であって、
前記管状部材が導出される先端開口部を有する第1筒状部材と、
前記第1筒状部材の基端部に回転自在に連結され、前記管状部材が導入される基端開口部を有する第2筒状部材と、
前記第2筒状部材に設けられ、前記第2筒状部材に対する前記管状部材の回転を規制する回転規制手段と、
前記第1筒状部材と前記第2筒状部材との間に配置され、前記第1筒状部材の基端部に係合することによって前記第1筒状部材に対する前記第2筒状部材の回転が規制された回転ロック状態と、前記係合が解除されて前記第1筒状部材に対する前記第2筒状部材の回転が可能な回転アンロック状態との間で変形可能なバネ部材と、
前記第2筒状部材の軸周りに回転自在に設けられ、前記回転ロック状態と前記回転アンロック状態との間で前記バネ部材を変形させる回転操作部材と、
を備える外装管。 - 前記第2筒状部材の先端部の内径は前記第1筒状部材の基端部の外径よりも大きく、かつ前記第2筒状部材の先端部が前記第1筒状部材の基端部を覆うように配置されており、
前記バネ部材は、前記第2筒状部材の先端部と前記第1筒状部材の基端部との間に配置される請求項1に記載の外装管。 - 前記バネ部材は、周方向の一部に切欠き部が形成されたC字状のバネ部材からなり、
前記バネ部材は、径方向の外側に突出した突起部を有し、前記突起部が前記第2筒状部材の内部に設けられた係合溝に係合することにより、前記第2筒状部材に対する前記バネ部材の回転が規制されており、
前記回転操作部材は、前記切欠き部に係止する係止部を有し、前記回転操作部材が回転操作された場合には前記係止部が前記切欠き部に係止した状態で前記切欠き部の開口幅を広げることにより前記バネ部材を前記回転ロック状態から前記回転アンロック状態に変形させる請求項1に記載の外装管。 - 前記管状部材は、体腔内に挿入される医療器具の挿入部を体腔内に案内する外套管である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の外装管。
- 体腔内に挿入される医療器具の挿入部を体腔内に案内する外套管と、前記外套管に外装される外装管と、を備える内視鏡用外科手術装置であって、
前記外装管は、
前記外套管が導出される先端開口部を有する第1筒状部材と、
前記第1筒状部材の基端部に回転自在に連結され、前記外套管が導入される基端開口部を有する第2筒状部材と、
前記第2筒状部材に設けられ、前記第2筒状部材に対する前記外套管の回転を規制する回転規制手段と、
前記第1筒状部材と前記第2筒状部材との間に設けられ、前記第1筒状部材の基端部に係合することによって前記第1筒状部材に対する前記第2筒状部材の回転が規制された回転ロック状態と、前記係合が解除されて前記第1筒状部材に対する前記第2筒状部材の回転が可能な回転アンロック状態との間で変形可能なバネ部材と、
前記第2筒状部材の軸周りに回転自在に設けられ、前記回転ロック状態と前記回転アンロック状態との間で前記バネ部材を変形させる回転操作部材と、
を備える内視鏡用外科手術装置。
