Claims (7)
- 先端に観察部を有する内視鏡挿入部と前記内視鏡挿入部の基端に接続された軟性のケーブルとを有する内視鏡と、先端に処置部が設けられた処置具挿入部と前記処置具挿入部の基端に設けられた前記処置部を操作するための操作部とを有する処置具と、前記内視鏡挿入部及び前記処置具挿入部を体腔内に案内する外套管と、を備える内視鏡用外科手術装置であって、
前記外套管は、
体壁を貫通して体腔内に挿入される外套管本体と、
前記外套管本体の内部に設けられ、前記内視鏡挿入部を進退自在に挿通可能な内視鏡挿通路と、
前記外套管本体の内部に設けられ、前記処置具挿入部を進退自在に挿通可能な処置具挿通路と、を備え、
前記処置具は、前記操作部に設けられたガイド部材であって、前記操作部の表面から前記ケーブルが一定距離以上離れないように、前記ケーブルを軸方向に沿って進退自在に案内するガイド部材を備える内視鏡用外科手術装置。 - 前記ガイド部材は、前記操作部を操作する手の人差し指によって前記ケーブルを押さえることが可能な位置に設けられる請求項1に記載の内視鏡用外科手術装置。
- 前記操作部は、操作者が把持して前記処置具を操作するためのハンドル部を有し、
前記処置具挿入部の軸方向であって前記操作部を前記処置具挿入部が形成される側とは反対側から正面視した場合、前記ハンドル部を下側にした状態のとき、前記ガイド部材は前記操作部の上側、下側、左側、右側のいずれかの面に配置される請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡用外科手術装置。 - 前記ガイド部材は、前記操作部の右側又は左側の面に配置される請求項3に記載の内視鏡用外科手術装置。
- 前記内視鏡挿通路に挿通された前記内視鏡挿入部に連結される内視鏡連結部と、前記処置具挿通路に挿通された前記処置具挿入部に連結される処置具連結部とを有し、前記外套管本体の内部において進退自在に配置される連動部材であって、前記内視鏡及び前記処置具のいずれか一方の進退移動に対して他方が連動しない不感帯領域と、前記内視鏡及び前記処置具のいずれか一方の進退移動に対して他方が連動する感帯領域とを有する連動部材を更に備える請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡用外科手術装置。
- 先端に観察部を有する内視鏡挿入部と前記内視鏡挿入部の基端に接続された軟性のケーブルとを有する内視鏡と、先端に処置部が設けられた処置具挿入部と前記処置具挿入部の基端に設けられた前記処置部を操作するための操作部とを有する処置具と、前記内視鏡挿入部及び前記処置具挿入部を体腔内に案内する外套管と、を備える内視鏡用外科手術装置であって、前記外套管は、体壁を貫通して体腔内に挿入される外套管本体と、前記外套管本体の内部に設けられ、前記内視鏡挿入部を進退自在に挿通可能な内視鏡挿通路と、前記外套管本体の内部に設けられ、前記処置具挿入部を進退自在に挿通可能な処置具挿通路と、を備える内視鏡用外科手術装置において用いられる処置具であって、
前記操作部には、前記操作部の表面から前記ケーブルが一定距離以上離れないように、前記ケーブルを軸方向に沿って進退自在に案内するガイド部材が設けられる処置具。 - 先端に観察部を有する内視鏡挿入部と前記内視鏡挿入部の基端に接続された軟性のケーブルとを有する内視鏡と、先端に処置部が設けられた処置具挿入部と前記処置具挿入部の基端に設けられた前記処置部を操作するための操作部とを有する処置具と、前記内視鏡挿入部及び前記処置具挿入部を体腔内に案内する外套管と、を備える内視鏡用外科手術装置であって、前記外套管は、体壁を貫通して体腔内に挿入される外套管本体と、前記外套管本体の内部に設けられ、前記内視鏡挿入部を進退自在に挿通可能な内視鏡挿通路と、前記外套管本体の内部に設けられ、前記処置具挿入部を進退自在に挿通可能な処置具挿通路と、を備える内視鏡用外科手術装置において用いられるガイド部材であって、
前記処置具の前記操作部に取り付け可能であり、前記操作部の表面から前記ケーブルが一定距離以上離れないように、前記ケーブルを軸方向に沿って進退自在に案内するガイド部材。
