- 正極板および負極板をセパレータを介して積層してなる発電要素が、偏平な矩形状をなす外装体の内部に電解液とともに収容され、その一辺より端子を導出した状態で、上記外装体の四方の縁部に沿って密封されてなるフィルム外装電池の電解液注入方法であって、
上記端子が側方に突出する姿勢で上記外装体の上辺を除く三辺を封止した袋状体に対し、その開口する上辺側より電解液を注入する電解液注入工程を有し、

上記部分封止工程では、少なくとも上記ロケート孔の下側部分を含むロケート孔の周囲を部分的に封止する請求項1に記載のフィルム外装電池の製造方法。 - 上記部分封止工程により封止される封止部が、上記ロケート孔の下側部分と両側部分の三方を囲っている請求項2に記載のフィルム外装電池の製造方法。
- 上記部分封止工程により封止される封止部が、上記ロケート孔の下側部分と、端子が導出される一辺より遠い側の部分と、を有するL字状をなし、
上記封止部のロケート孔の下側部分が、上記端子が導出される一辺に沿う封止ラインと交差している請求項2に記載のフィルム外装電池の製造方法。 - 上記電解液注入工程では、真空雰囲気下で電解液が注入される請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のフィルム外装電池の製造方法。
