Claims (4)
- 加圧された液体が流入する液体流入路と、
生成された微細気泡を排出する排出路と、
前記液体流入路と前記排出路とを接続し、前記液体流入路および前記排出路より流路面積が狭いのど部と、
前記液体流入路または前記のど部内に気体を供給する気体供給路とを備え、
前記気体供給路の出口端は、液体の流れの下流側を向いて開口する微細気泡生成装置。 - 前記気体供給路は、管として形成される請求項1に記載の微細気泡生成装置。
- 前記管は、L字状を呈しており、
前記出口端は、前記管の水平部に形成されており、
前記水平部は、前記出口端を前記のど部内に位置させて、液体の流れと平行に配置される請求項2に記載の微細気泡生成装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の微細気泡生成装置と、
前記微細気泡生成装置に汚染水を供給する汚染水槽と、
前記微細気泡生成装置から排出された微細気泡を浮上分離する浮上分離槽とを備える汚染水浄化システム。
