Claims (6)
- 遠心力を利用して流体を圧縮する遠心圧縮機であって、
内側にシュラウドを有したハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に回転可能に設けられたインペラと、
前記ハウジング内における前記インペラの出口側の径方向外側に形成されたディフューザと、
前記ハウジング内における前記ディフューザの出口側に形成されたスクロールと
を具備し、
前記ディフューザのシュラウド側壁面及びハブ側壁面は、径方向にそれぞれ延在し、
前記ディフューザのシュラウド側壁面に、少なくとも1つの段差部が、前記ディフューザの流路幅を主流の流れ方向に沿って広げるように形成されていることを特徴とする遠心圧縮機。 - 前記段差部の段差量が前記ディフューザの出口の流路幅の5〜30%に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記ディフューザのシュラウド側壁面における前記段差部の径方向外側に連続する部分の径方向長さが前記段差部の段差量の5〜30倍に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記ディフューザのシュラウド側壁面における前記段差部の径方向外側に連続する部分の径方向長さが前記段差部の段差量の5〜30倍に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記段差部は環状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 請求項1から請求項5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機を具備したことを特徴とする過給機。
