    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 対向するディフユーザ壁とその間に渦巻状に設置された
    ディフューザ翼により形成される流体流路内を流体が遠
    心方向に流れることにより流体の持つ速度エネルギーを
    圧力エネルギーに変換する゛ディフューザを有する遠心
    式流体機械において、上記ディフューザ翼の入口部で上
    記対向するディフユーザ壁の間隔を放射方向に沿って次
    第に広げたことを特徴とする遠心式流体機械。
