Claims (7)
- 被加熱物を載置するための天板と、
前記天板の下方に配置され、第1および第2の加熱コイルを含む複数の加熱コイルと、
第1および第2のインバータを含み、前記加熱コイルに電力を供給する複数のインバータと、
前記加熱コイルをいずれかのインバータに接続するように、又は、いずれのインバータにも接続しないように、前記加熱コイルの電路を切り替える複数の切替回路と、
前記インバータによる電力供給、および、前記切替回路の切り替えを制御する指令手段と、
前記インバータによる電力供給に対する、前記加熱コイルを含む共振回路の反応を検知するセンサと、
前記センサの出力に応じて前記加熱コイルに前記被加熱物が載置されるか否かを検知する鍋検知手段と、
を備え、
前記インバータの数は、前記加熱コイルの数より少なく、
少なくとも前記第1および第2の加熱コイルが、前記第1のインバータと電路を構成する場合において、前記鍋検知手段が、前記第1の加熱コイルには前記被加熱物が載置され、前記第2の加熱コイルには前記被加熱物が載置されていないことを検知したとき、前記指令手段は、前記第1の加熱コイルまたは前記第2の加熱コイルが前記第1のインバータに接続されないように、前記切替回路を切り替える誘導加熱装置。 - 前記指令手段は、前記第1の加熱コイルが前記第1のインバータと電路を構成し、前記第2の加熱コイルが前記第2のインバータと電路を構成するように、前記切替回路を切り替える請求項1に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記鍋検知手段が、隣り合う二つ以上の加熱コイルに単一の被加熱物が載置されたと判断した場合、前記指令手段は、前記隣り合う二つ以上の加熱コイルが前記第1のインバータと電路を構成するように前記切替回路を切り替える請求項1に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記指令手段は、隣り合う二つ以上の加熱コイルに前記第1のインバータから供給される電力が所定値を超える場合、前記隣り合う二つ以上の加熱コイルのうちの少なくとも一つの加熱コイルが前記第2のインバータと電路を構成するように前記切替回路を切り替える請求項3に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記指令手段は、すべてのインバータを動作させる場合、前記被加熱物が載置されない加熱コイルがいずれのインバータとも電路を構成しないように、前記切替回路を切り替える請求項1に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 誘導加熱電流は供給できないが、鍋検知電流は供給できる補助回路をさらに備え、前記指令手段は、前記被加熱物が載置されない加熱コイルが前記補助回路と電路を構成するように前記切替回路を切り替える請求項5に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記指令手段に加熱開始および加熱停止を指示するための操作部をさらに備え、前記指令手段は、前記操作部からの加熱開始の指示に応答して、前記切替回路の切り替えを行う請求項1に記載の誘導加熱装置。
