Claims (6)
- 血液から所定の血液成分を分離するための遠心分離器と、遠心分離した所定の血液成分を収容する容器を備える血液成分分離装置において、
a)供血者から採取した全血を第1血液ポンプにより遠心分離器に導入し、複数の血液成分に分離する遠心分離工程と、
b)遠心分離された血液成分のうち、前記遠心分離により分離され、第1の容器に貯蔵された所定の第1の血液成分を前記遠心分離器内に全血と共に導入する循環フロー工程と、
c)前記循環フロー工程にて、所定量の前記第1の血液成分を分離後、全血の前記遠心分離器への供給を停止して、前記遠心分離器に前記第1の容器に貯蔵された第1の血液成分のみを第2血液ポンプにより導入し、所定時間さらに循環させた後、循環速度を加速することにより第2の血液成分を前記遠心分離器により分離し、採取する循環・加速工程とを有し、
前記循環・加速工程の少なくとも一部の期間において、前記供血者から採取した全血を一時貯留容器に一時的に貯留すること、
前記一時貯留容器に接続する一方のチューブが、前記遠心分離器の出口ポートに接続され、他方のチューブが、前記第1の容器と前記第2血液ポンプの間に接続されていること、
を特徴とする血液成分分離装置。 - 請求項1に記載の血液成分分離装置において、
前記第2血液ポンプにより、次サイクルの遠心分離工程において、前サイクルにおいて一時貯留容器に貯留された全血及び低濃度の第2の血液成分の少なくともいずれか一方を前記遠心分離器に導入すること、
を特徴とする血液成分分離装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の血液成分分離装置において、
前記他方のチューブが、分岐され前記第1ポンプの出口ポートに接続されていること、
前記他方のチューブの、分岐された2つのチューブの途中に各々開閉弁が配置されていること、
前記第2血液ポンプの出口ポートに開閉弁が配置されていること、
前記第1の容器の出口ポートに開閉弁が配置されていること
を特徴とする血液成分分離装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の血液成分分離装置において、
d)前記循環・加速工程において、所定量の第2の血液成分を採取後、採取しなかった血液成分について供血者へ返血する返血工程を有し、
前記(a)〜(d)の工程を1サイクルとして、
前記貯留容器に貯留された全血を、次サイクルの遠心分離工程において、次サイクルで採取された全血と併せて前記遠心分離器に導入すること
を特徴とする血液成分分離装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の血液成分分離装置において、
前記循環・加速工程は、
第2の血液成分のうち、低濃度の第2の血液成分を前記一時貯留容器に移送する第1の採取工程と、
第2の血液成分のうち、高濃度の第2の血液成分を採取する第2の採取工程とを有し、
前記一時貯留容器に移送された低濃度の第2の血液成分は、次サイクルにおいて前記一時貯留容器内に採取された全血とともに、次サイクルにおいて採取された全血と併せて前記遠心分離器に導入されること
を特徴とする血液成分分離装置。 - 請求項5に記載の血液成分分離装置において、
前記循環・加速工程において低濃度の第2の血液成分を一時的に貯留する第2の容器を備え、前記第2の容器が前記一時貯留容器に兼用されるものであること
を特徴とする血液成分分離装置。
