Claims (6)
- 生体内の被写体に対して励起光と参照光とを交互に照射可能な光源部と、
前記被写体に存在する蛍光物質が前記励起光の照射により励起された際に発せられる蛍光と、前記参照光が前記被写体において反射した反射光と、をそれぞれ撮像する撮像部と、
前記蛍光を撮像して得られた蛍光像における複数画素分の信号を1画素分の信号とする画素加算処理を行う画素加算処理部と、
前記画素加算処理が施された蛍光像と、前記反射光を撮像して得られた参照光像と、の明るさ比が一定値になるように明るさの調整を行う明るさ調整部と、
前記明るさ調整部において明るさの調整が施された蛍光像に対して画素補間処理を施すとともに、前記画素補間処理が施された蛍光像と、前記明るさ調整部において明るさの調整が施された参照光像と、が同一の観察画像内に含まれるように画像合成を行う画像処理部と、
を有することを特徴とする医療装置。 - 前記画像処理部は、前記画素補間処理として、前記明るさ調整部において明るさの調整が施された蛍光像の解像度を、前記明るさ調整部において明るさの調整が施された参照光像の解像度に一致させるための処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記撮像部により撮像される蛍光像と参照光像との明るさ比の目標値を含む情報が予め格納されている記憶部をさらに有し、
前記明るさ調整部は、前記記憶部から読み込んだ前記目標値に基づいてカラーバランス調整係数を算出するとともに、当該算出したカラーバランス調整係数を用いて明るさの調整を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。 - 前記明るさ調整部は、前記画素加算処理における加算画素数が変更された際に、当該変更された加算画素数と前記目標値とに基づいて前記カラーバランス調整係数を更新するとともに、当該更新したカラーバランス調整係数を用いて明るさの調整を行うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療装置。
- 前記撮像部が前記画素加算処理部の機能を有するとともに、前記撮像部に設けられた撮像素子において前記画素加算処理が行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記画素加算処理が施された蛍光像の明るさを増幅する増幅部をさらに有し、
前記明るさ調整部は、前記画素加算処理の加算画素数及び前記増幅部の増幅率の組み合わせを変更することにより、前記増幅部において明るさが増幅された蛍光像と、前記反射光を撮像して得られた参照光像と、の明るさ比が一定値になるように明るさの調整を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
