Claims (2)
- 生体内の被写体に対して励起光と参照光とを交互に照射可能な光源部と、
前記被写体に存在する蛍光物質が前記励起光の照射により励起された際に発せられる蛍光と、前記参照光が前記被写体において反射した反射光とをそれぞれ撮像する撮像部と、
前記蛍光を撮像して得られた蛍光画像を構成するための第1の画像信号における複数画素分の信号を1画素分の信号とする画素加算処理を行い第2の画像信号を生成するための画素加算処理部と、
前記画素加算処理により生成された前記第2の画像信号と、前記反射光を撮像して得られた参照光像信号との明るさ比が一定値になるように明るさを調整し、蛍光画像を構成する第3の画像信号及び参照光画像を構成する第4の画像信号を生成する調整部と、
前記調整部において生成された前記第3の画像信号に対して画素補間処理を施し第5の画像信号を生成する補間処理部と、
前記画素補間処理により生成された前記第5の画像信号と、前記調整部により生成された前記第4の画像信号とが同一の観察画像内に含まれるように画像合成を行う画像処理部と、を有し、
前記調整部は、前記画素加算処理により生成された前記第2の画像信号の明るさを増幅する増幅部を有し、前記画素加算処理の加算画素数及び前記増幅部の増幅率の組み合わせを変更することにより、前記増幅部において明るさが増幅された第2の画像信号と、前記反射光を撮像して得られた参照光像信号との明るさ比が一定値になるように明るさの調整を行うことを特徴とする医療装置。 - 前記調整部は、さらに明るさの目標値が入力され、前記増幅部において明るさが増幅された第2の画像信号と前記明るさの目標値とに基づき当該第2の画像信号の明るさを前記明るさの目標値と一致させた前記第3の画像信号を生成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
