Claims (7)
- 予め決められた所定周波数で点滅発光し被測定物に向けて光を出力する発光器と、
該発光器からの光を前記被測定物が反射または透過した光を受光し、光電変換した電気信号を出力する受光器と、
該受光器から出力された電気信号のうち前記発光器の所定周波数を含む帯域を通過帯域とし、前記発光器の所定周波数で変調された変調信号を出力するフィルタ回路と、
該フィルタ回路から出力された前記変調信号を増幅する増幅器と、
該増幅器によって増幅したアナログ信号からなる前記変調信号をデジタル信号に変換するADコンバータと、
該ADコンバータから出力されるデジタル信号に基づいて、前記電気信号の直流成分と交流成分を演算する演算処理部とを備えた光センサ装置。 - 前記発光器は、互いに異なる第1,第2の波長帯の光を出力する2個の発光素子からなり、
前記受光器は、前記第1,第2の波長帯の光に応じた第1,第2の電気信号を出力し、
前記演算処理部は、前記第1の電気信号に基づく第1の交流成分の振幅と第1の直流成分との第1の比と、前記第2の電気信号に基づく第2の交流成分の振幅と第2の直流成分との第2の比との比率に基づいて前記被測定物の吸光度比を演算する吸光度比演算手段を備える構成としてなる請求項1に記載の光センサ装置。 - 前記演算処理部は、前記変調信号の時間平均によって前記電気信号の直流成分を演算する直流成分演算手段と、前記変調信号から該直流成分演算手段によって算出した直流成分を除去して前記電気信号の交流成分を演算する交流成分演算手段とを備える構成としてなる請求項1に記載の光センサ装置。
- 前記直流成分演算手段は、前記変調信号のうち前記発光器の発光時の信号を用いて外来光ノイズと前記発光器からの光との両方に基づく全体の直流成分を演算する全体成分演算手段と、前記変調信号のうち前記発光器の非発光時の信号を用いて外来光ノイズに基づく直流成分を演算するノイズ成分演算手段と、前記全体成分演算手段による直流成分から該ノイズ成分演算手段による直流成分を除去して前記発光器からの光に基づく直流成分を演算するノイズ除去成分演算手段とによって構成してなる請求項3に記載の光センサ装置。
- 前記フィルタ回路を含んで構成され、前記変調信号と前記電気信号の直流成分とを分離する分離回路を設け、
前記ADコンバータは、前記変調信号に加えて該分離回路によって分離した前記電気信号の直流成分をデジタル信号に変換し、
前記演算処理部は、前記ADコンバータから出力されるデジタル信号からなる変調信号と前記電気信号の直流成分との振幅の比率が前記増幅器による増幅前の状態となるように、前記変調信号と前記電気信号の直流成分とを前記増幅器の増幅率に基づいて変換し、前記デジタル信号の変調信号に基づいて前記電気信号の交流成分を演算する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の光センサ装置。 - 前記演算処理部は、前記電気信号の直流成分のうち前記発光器の非発光時の信号に基づいて外来光ノイズに基づく直流成分を演算するノイズ成分演算手段を備える構成としてなる請求項5に記載の光センサ装置。
- 被測定物に向けて光を出力する発光器と、該発光器からの光を前記被測定物が反射または透過した光を受光し、光電変換した電気信号を出力する受光器とを備えた光センサ装置において、
前記受光器から出力された電気信号を直流成分と交流成分とに分離する分離回路と、
該分離回路によって分離した直流成分と交流成分とを個別の増幅率で増幅する増幅回路と、
該増幅回路によって増幅したアナログ信号からなる前記直流成分と前記交流成分とをデジタル信号に変換するADコンバータと、
該ADコンバータから出力されるデジタル信号の直流成分と交流成分との振幅の比率が前記増幅回路による増幅前の状態となるように、前記デジタル信号の直流成分と交流成分とを前記増幅回路の個別の増幅率に基づいて変換し、前記電気信号の直流成分と交流成分とを再生する演算処理部とを備えたことを特徴とする光センサ装置。
